Please describe your company and your position there.
I’m the senior vice president of marketing at Xenolytix, a digital consulting firm that delivers innovative solutions to the healthcare, FinTech, retail, CPG, and smart cities industries. These solutions include ROI-driven implementations of big data analytics, machine learning, Blockchain, and natural language processing technologies.

Innov8 helps us with our digital presence, which includes work on our website, print collateral, infographics, and SEO.
What were your goals for this project?
We mainly wanted to have a highly engaging digital presence for our B2B clients and prospects.

How did you select this vendor?
We set up a bidding process for our project and had over 20 vendors respond. We went through a rigorous selection process and evaluated vendors based on their skills, use of technology, graphics expertise, and timeliness. Innov8 was the finalist that we went with.
Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.
Innov8 built our website back in 2016 and provided maintenance to it up until recently when they did a complete redesign. They also do monthly SEO work for us and tackle graphic design work for our presentations, tradeshows, print collateral, etc., on an ad-hoc basis. Innov8 has also designed our email marketing templates in SendinBlue.
What was the team composition?
We had a project manager assigned to us that acted as our single point of contact. Innov8 also had a group of graphic design artists and developers working on our initiatives.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
They did a great job with the website, however, most of their work is for internal and client use, so we don’t really have metrics to share.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
The project manager handles our collaboration entirely, which has worked very well so far.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
We really appreciate their speed and quality of work. Innov8 has a proactive team that challenges the status quo and gives us new and relevant ideas. They’re also very punctual and budget friendly.
