Please describe your company and your position there.

Graficonia is an all-in-one solution marketing agency. We specialize in print design, graphic design, web marketing, and 2D/3D animation. I am an assistant marketing manager.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire INNOSOLS?

Previously, there were countless different processes, activities, and systems running in our company. All of them were disjointed and not well integrated, so we hired INNOSOLS to develop an ERP solution for us.

What were your goals for this project?

We needed a reliable ERP solution because ERP software is capable of integrating different applications. This would allow us to manage our business and automate many back-office functions related to technology, services, and human resources.

How did you select this vendor?

They were recommended by another agency. Because the project was highly prioritized, it was essential to find a result-driven partner who could deliver services on time and within budget.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

They designed and developed ERP software for our company. Initially, they developed a prototype of the ERP software. Once we approved that prototype, production began in the form of three-week sprints. They would provide feedback after every three weeks.

What was the team composition?

The project team had about eight people. That being said, we did have a project manager who was our permanent point of contact. The team worked as a whole to achieve our objectives.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Before, all of our processes and activities were disjointed and not well integrated. But, now, the software enables us to effectively set our objectives and allows everyone to monitor progress as we move toward our goals.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The project management team was superb, especially compared to other vendors. Their team initially defined and specified the project plan, schedule, and budget. Then they regularly complied with the deadlines. We communicated exclusively over WhatsApp and Skype.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We had direct access to both the project manager and the team behind them. They did their job well. They were very responsive and highly skilled.
