INNOSALES is a boutique sales consulting and training firm based in Bratislava, Slovakia. We partner with B2B companies that want to professionalize their sales organisation – from founders who still personally close deals to established teams that need a clearer structure, process and strategy.
Our work combines strategic consulting with very practical training. We design or redesign sales models, set up clear funnels and KPIs, and then train salespeople and managers to actually work with them in day-to-day practice. Our programs are hands-on: real opportunities, real objections, real numbers from the client’s business.
We specialise in complex B2B sales (SaaS, services, manufacturing, engineering), where multiple decision-makers are involved and deals have longer cycles. We use proven methodologies (e.g. strategic/consultative selling, stakeholder mapping, account planning) and adapt them to the local CEE market.
Typical results for our clients include: higher conversion rates in each stage of the funnel, more predictable pipelines, shorter sales cycles and better cooperation between sales, marketing and delivery.
