Personal mood diary | Mobile App for Android
About the project
A fun personal mood tracking application, which allows its users to keep track over their moods over time and even see how they compare to average moods in their area. The application employs algorithms for anonymizing user private data and approximation of user location.

The project included full cycle of product design and development: from functional analysis, UX design, visual design, development and deployment.

Our expert product analysts worked with the customer to translate requirements into functional and appealing product.
UX & UI
The UX process included creation of interactive wireframes to create a common language between the customer, designer and the developer. The core challenge was to create a fun and inviting user interface, that would encourage the user to keep tracking her mood over time.
Development
The application was development in agile mode with sprints adding vertical slices of functionality. At the end of each sprint, the application was available for testing on staging, which greatly reduced the overall QA and customer review time.

Multi-user real-time game
About the project
A browser game with a goal to familiarize users with the basics of the stock exchange and trading in a fun and engaging manner
Work process
Our main goal was to help the customer to translate an 80's Israeli board game into the online world. Converting a physical board game into a web-based one required an iterative workflow, starting with a prototype, and gradually expanding the game's functionality and adjusting them to the moder online multi-player game requirements.

Translating the game rules and making them compatible with the web domain, focusing on engagement and retention.

Contact image sharing | Hybrid Mobile App for iOS and Android
About the project
A cross-platform mobile application that allows callers to share the contact images among their friends. The user can determine how she will look at their friend’s smartphone when they call them. The user has fine-grained control over the updates arriving from her friends.

Analysis & Definition
Together with the customer, our expert product managers created a simple, yet functional and appealing product. The process included several iterations of work over the functional analysis.

The UX process included creation of interactive wireframes to create a common language between the customer, designer and the developer. The UI design included the complete branding: logo, typography and branding. Special emphasis was made to provide uniform and intuitive experience for both iOS and Android platforms.
Development
Over the course of development, we had to overcome platform-specific complexities related to contacts management and create a unified infrastructure for managing contacts metadata. Efficient usage of Ionic mobile development platform 3rd party services allowed us to build the application at fraction of the cost when compared with purely native development.
