Regarding the scaling and further development possibilities of the physical shop, Bride Now has already reached its limits in terms of its own growth course. But, reaching out to the new-age customers in a digital-first business landscape was difficult without an online shop. As a result, we were looking for a shop platform that’s based on Magento Open Source, has a wide range of integration options, flexibly scalable, and has a modular structure. For the implementation of the project, Bride Now was also looking for an experienced solution provider with an agile mindset for a long-term and cooperative partnership.

The biggest challenge was to develop the customizable store with Magento Open Source within a short span of time. In addition, the new platform should be seamlessly integrated into the existing system landscape. After much of a discussion with other operation heads, we fixed an appointment with Ingold Solutions. They were very much approachable and explained the technologies like Magento Open Source, Cloud ERP that would make our customer experience much better.

There were mostly 5 people coordinating with us during the whole project. We were always in touch with the Magento Project Manager, Magento Developer, an SAP Team Leader, SAP Consultant, and a Content Manager.

The project was completed in time and under the estimated budget. All the set goals were achieved, and all the issues we came across were resolved in a highly professional manner.

Communication was fluent with the Project Manager who communicated the message to the rest of the team. Our communication was made through Microsoft Teams, mainly, with several face-to-face meetings happening on a regular basis.

We think the Ingold Solutions team has a great attitude. There haven't been issues that they haven't resolved yet. They've constantly been improving the ways and quality of their work. They carefully listened to our issues, paid attention to the details, and were ready to give expert opinions.

They could, perhaps, consider introducing more flexible remote work options for their employees.

I'm the COO of United Bridal Factory, Bangladesh. UBF Bangladesh is a production house for Bianco Evento. It was founded in 2012 and offers all bridal products that go for sale in online boutiques.   As a production unit with an online presence, we continue our brand's decade-long tradition. We have more than two decades of expertise in designing high-end bridal products!

The main task was to create a customisable store using HTML in a short period of time. Furthermore, the new platform should integrate easily with the existing system landscape. This includes, among other things:    Content marketing that is more current and easier to handle    A server architecture with great performance

Wedding Fabrics is an online bridal material and textile shop of the leading and award-winning European bridal fashion house from Germany. I am the Public Relationship Manager for the company.

Having a successful offline presence, we wanted to take our company to the digital space and explore its potential. So, we hired Ingold Solutions to create an E-Commerce Website for Wedding Fabrics.

We wanted the website to have payment gateway integration along with Wishlist and shopping cart facilities. The goal was to have a fully running e-commerce website with attractive page layouts that could well represent our brand essence.

After finding local vendors to be too expensive, we extended our search overseas and eventually found Ingold Solutions. We were satisfied with their understanding when we interviewed them and it was quite impressive to find out that they are not only an Adobe Bronze member but also SAP® Business One Channel Partner. All these factors made us choose Ingold Solutions for our project.

Ingold Solutions provided custom software development and high-level e-commerce website designs for our customers. The team also does backend work with APIs, and they're in charge of configuring all the interactions required by e-commerce sites.

On top of that, they customize our platform for customer use cases. We later onprovide them with architectural design. For the framework they suggested to go for Magento 2 with SAP® Business One ERP system for our online portal. For payment gateway they used Paypal payment gateway, credit card payment (Using Monetico), and Invoice proforma (prepayment).

The project deadline was 6 months, and they were able to deliver the project within the given deadline. The team has spot-on technical expertise, which is strengthened by their capacity to bring our creative ideas to life. They’re always willing to share valuable insights, which lead to our platform’s refinement.

There were 4-5 people working with us. A project manager, 1 designer, 1 copy writer and 2 developers. The project manager was our main point of contact, the rest of the members were connected when required.

We have a good platform, and we’ve been growing year-over-year (YoY) and they support a crucial element of our business, which is our website. They work with a lot of companies in similar industries, so they know Magento very well. The work they’ve done is reliable and functional. People ask us about who has developed our site, which shows how well-received it's been.

Their project management style was exceptional. The entire scope of the project was very well put forward; there was an ease of operation on both sides as far as understanding what’s next. Their team exhibited strong communication skills and promptness. They also met deadlines. There was clear and steady growth when the e-commerce site went live. Customers were able to transact and work with the site easily. The speed was good. We mainly rely on Ms. Teams and outlook for communication.

Ingold Solutions has a team of good communicators — they see to it that each project phase is digestible for our team and the technical terms are explained adequately. More importantly, they’re always prepared with productive suggestions and reliable references. They have also setup a project management tool called Zoho for us in which the tasks and timeline can be properly followed.

They’re committed to meeting our timelines and goals. Ingold Solutions had excellent planning skills and a personal approach when it came to addressing our needs. We share same beliefs and values, which makes for a smooth working relationship.

Initially, we had a few differences in opinions, but it wasn’t a big issue as it was resolved quickly. They are our long-term partners; their grit and dedication make us a happy client.

To build our online presence, Ingold Solutions designed and developed our entire website. We wanted our website to support two languages- German and English. Their team built an online portal for end-users to access more information about our products which mainly consists of wedding fashion such as bridal wear, bridal shoes, wedding look books and other bridal accessories.

They created the UX/UI to capture our continuous flow of products which are updated as and when required. Their team is also responsible for the maintenance of the website and are doing an incredible job!

We have used both recommendations and online research in our preliminary selection and then went on to consult our project with several pre-selected vendors. The team at Ingold Solutions impressed us with a highly personalized approach to our project and lots of interesting suggestions, as well as the ability to handle almost all aspects of the projects, including design and project management.

First, we had an initial conversation with The Ingold Solution’s team where we conveyed them what we wanted and how we needed the site to perform. We received a quote on the project, and we proceeded to the design phase. During this phase we discussed about how we wanted the website to look and what functions we needed in it.

The team used Magento 2 as the PHP framework with SAP® Business One ERP system to create the website which was ideal for us as we plan on expanding our business to e-commerce in the near future. Communication was mostly done through MS Teams.

They gave us access to Zoho system where they updated all the work related to the project, so it was easy for us to check on the progress which was quite convenient as it kept us all on the same page. The project was completed in the given deadline which was 5 months.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We are quite satisfied with the quality of their work. The website’s speed, performance, and UX/UI are excellent. Their team captures project leads efficiently, creating a notable revenue stream. We are happy with the number of leads and conversions the website receives. Our user surveys suggest that the usability of our platforms is excellent.

We’ve also enjoyed an increase in site traffic, thanks to their work. They succeeded in achieving our requirements which were why we decided to make this association long-term.

We had daily and weekly calls, so communication was fluent. Ingold Solutions used Zoho, which we had access to track their progress on a daily basis. It’s a helpful tool, and they’re always active on it. Their project manager maintains a bridge between their team and ours, ensuring we’re all on the same page. They met milestones and delivered results on time. Their team is efficient and shares an excellent coordination with us.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We like the promptness with which they respond. It is way better compared to the experiences we have had with other companies. They have created a classy design which represented our products in a very attractive manner.

Most importantly the site’s flow is very smooth, and our users do not find any difficulty in browsing through our products or locating their nearby stores. We appreciate Ingold’s contribution in taking our business to new heights.

During the project, any issues we raised were resolved efficiently and there is nothing major we can think of. Explain your requirements and expectations, give them time to work with it and watch them perform. They can fill in details that you may not have considered to produce better results.

First, we shared our expectations with the Ingold team. We mutually agreed to build the website using Magento 2 platform. The team initially shared a few mock-ups and designs with us, and eventually we finalized on the best amongst the lot. They used SAP Business One to link with the Magento backend.

The team designed, developed, and integrated a custom module on the website. The interface allowed us to configure the automatic notifications to our customers. They also created customized email templates, as well as a coupon code generator to offer varying discounts for the customer. They successfully delivered the project within the given timeline.

There was a Project Manager who was responsible for coordinating the entire process. A dedicated back-end developer and a front-end developer were also involved in the project. Besides, graphic designers and content writers were involved as and when required through the project timeline.

After launching our website, we have received an overwhelming response from our existing clients. Since our website is responsive, the site flows and looks great on whatever device clients use. We have not only been getting sales from new customers but have also offered more information to our returning ones.

The team at Ingold Solutions then laid out a plan, gave us a work breakdown structure and provided us with the total cost estimate. At first, the team shared 3 designs for our website all of which looked appealing, but we choose the one that caught our attention immediately. After finalizing the design, they started working on the features and delivered right on time and on budget. Their team developed several custom modules for our project: express checkout, customer group restrictions, social media login, elastic search, abandoned cart email, Payment gate gateway, pricing tool, with a unique inventory management. They used Magento platform to develop our fashion site. Finally, they tested the website thoroughly to ensure everything was functioning as intended.

As of now the website is being tested thoroughly. But we deployed it 30 days ago to see how our users react. Recently, in a survey we conducted about UX, more than 90% of the respondents have rated the website design positively. In terms of engagement, we have seen a slight increase in the number of conversions and a 20% boost in our mobile users.

For communication they used latest tools such as Microsoft Teams and it was well documented which made things a lot easier and clearer. He was successful in maintaining a smooth workflow using Zoho Project Management tool as well as Zoho CRM for our CRM services.
