Our design team came up with a simple and elegant design that has a warm and relaxing feel. We built an easy-to-maintain custom database that feeds into the site so that Colorado Springs Hot Tub employees could quickly and easily maintain their online inventory of hot tubs.
Once the design and development was completed, our marketing team took over. They created a very aggressive marketing plan that included Map and Directory Optimization, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay-per-click (PPC), and on-site calls-to-action.
Their top sales goal was 10 hot tubs per month in the spring and summer, which is typically the busy season for hot tubs. They made that goal in what they expected to be their slowest season: the dead of winter. And that goal was met in their 1st month being online. After only 4 short months, they'd gained a dozen quality rankings in the top 5 positions of Google and their traffic rose rapidly. The month the site was first launched, they only had 28 visitors from search, but that number grew to 327 search visitors by April—not bad for a website that was only a few months old!

In addition to SEO services, they provide some web development services to improve our site from an SEO perspective. That involves additions to content, fixing errors, and smaller changes to improve our organic rankings. For instance, we write a blog each week. Before it’s published, they make adjustments to the content for SEO purposes.

My business partner worked with them in the past.

We started working together around June 2018 and continue to work with them.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
During our monthly meeting, we review year-over-year and month-over-month metrics together. Additionally, we’re keeping track of which of our keywords rank in the top ten and 25 search results. We’re satisfied with their work.
How did Infront Webworks perform from a project management standpoint?
We meet monthly and send emails to our point of contact as needed in between meetings. If we have issues of any kind, they’re very responsive. We’re always emailing them between our monthly calls.

Their responsiveness is very important. Sometimes, they get back to us in minutes, which we really appreciate. They come to us with new ideas and suggestions for improving our SEO in all of our meetings. That’s very helpful to us.

Off the top of my head, I can’t think of anything.

Make sure to take advantage of the monthly meetings with them. They’ll send you the report in advance, and you’ll benefit most from them by preparing comments and questions beforehand. You’ll get the most out of the relationship if you also do your part.

I’m the CEO of a small startup company located in Colorado Springs, CO. We manufacture and sell on-line a very specialized wholistic supplement product called Vadiance Water. Being a small bootstrap start-up, I’m in charge of many aspects of the business including production, quality, marketing, and the IT side of things.
For what projects/services did your company hire Infront Webworks, and what were your goals?
We were previously engaged with a different IT company that had designed and built our WordPress-Woocommerce website. From the beginning, the old site was plagued with problems like slow performance and strange bugs that would pop up regularly. It was also bloated with unnecessary plug-ins that the developer installed.
The page builder the Developer used was also (in my opinion) practically useless. I had to constantly contact them for even small changes to pages. We hired Infront to completely rebuild and redesign our website.
How did you select Infront Webworks and what were the deciding factors?
We initially came to Infront as a hosting provider after we broke ties with the old IT company. They started out by working to fix some of the problems we had with the old site.
They ultimately recommended we rebuild the site due to the core issue of the old site, as it was determined it would be easier to just start over rather than try to fix it. We choose to take the opportunity to also completely redesign the site with Infront’s help.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
We choose to completely redesign the site but wanted to have similar functions as we had. Some key features include e-commerce capability, CRM & accounting integration, and Affiliate program management. We wanted a fresh modern design that fit our target market and to have a site we could easily tweak as needed.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
The team consisted of myself (CEO), a social media consultant that we work with, and the Infront Designer/Developer. In order to help keep the cost down, we internally created a rough wireframe to get the concept written down.
Infront took our design and created a mockup. After some back/forth changes, the site was built. We also did some of the easier site plug-in configurations in order to keep our costs down. We have some prior experience with this from working on the old site.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We are very happy with the new design, functionality, and ease of use of our new site. We have gotten a lot of positive feedback on the site. Though it has only been out for about a month or so, we are seeing increased sales conversions. We are now on a good footing to move our business forward.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.
The workflow with Infront was highly effective. We were able to use mixed communication modes (calls, emails, video recordings, and the like) to be the most effective. I believe the mutual cooperation we had lead to an overall faster release of the site and less frustration with changes.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The ease of working with them, their professionalism, and their technical knowledge. All of this brought us a much better product in the end.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Not really. We had some scope changes along the way (not unusual for this kind of work) which lead to a slightly later release date than I expected. Customers always want things faster and cheaper, and we are no different. We still think we got a good value for the project.

InFront Webworks performed a detailed analysis and audit of Buyabarcode.com. They then corrected many of the glaring errors that were present in the basic website architecture. They adjusted meta tags, and title tags, increased word count on pages, did detailed keyword mapping, and implemented dozens of new articles/blogs to increase keyword search terms.

2 poeple worked with me directly: Mike (sales) and Rishard (Project leader).
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
In less than 3 months, the steps that have been taken have more than doubled my organic traffic and dramatically increased my keyword search terms and keyword ranking.

I have found them to be extremely responsive and engaged. They have worked very quickly to create a plan and to implement it.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They are very easy to communicate with which is one of my biggest concerns / red flags. The sheer ease of our communication really gives us peace of mind that they hear any concerns I may have and gives me assurance that they are working hard on my project.

At this point, I am very pleased with the performance I have received. I might suggest that they have better inhouse tracking tools they can share with customers. Currently, I use SEMrush and SpyFu to track my progress. But all in all, I am very satisfied.

My company is an on-line retailer called KnifeLegends. We are the number one retailer of hand-made collectible Art Knives in the world. I am the president.
For what projects/services did your company hire Infront Webworks?
Initially I hired InFront to perform Search Engine Optimization on my new website, however the initial InFront analysis of the new site showed there were a number of serious Technical errors that would stand in the way of attaining high organic Google rankings. As a result, our initial work with the InFront Team was focused on correcting all of the technical errors and eliminating them as a source of future issues.
Once that was complete, we began the SEO work during which time we uncovered several other important Technical issues, including poor site speed, photo display issues and improper labeling of product photos. All of these issues were handled quickly and efficiently by the InFront Team while the SEO work was in process.
What were your goals for this project?
Initially the two key goals were to attract new clients and to increase monthly Organic traffic from about 600 to 2000 visits. Subsequently, the additional goals included improving site speed dramatically and optimizing the display of product photos for mobile devices. More recently we used InFront to correct a video display issue that cropped up over the last month.
How did you select this vendor?
I spent 6 months reading and cross referencing reviews of top US SEO companies on-line. I also looked at on-line lists of SEO companies that had won multiple industry awards over the last several years. Eventually I narrowed down my choices to three companies who seemed to have a large number of clients doing a similar volume of business to our company.
We also examined on-line client reviews for each of three candidates. Finally I set-up in phone interviews and follow-up calls with each of the three companies. In the end I chose InFront because unlike the other options theirs was not a cookie cutter approach.
The entire program was custom tailored to our needs and was reviewed on a monthly basis to determine if a change in strategy was warranted. The quote for our project was based on a thorough assessment of our needs and not on a random budget range. I found the InFront team to be smart, openminded and extremely resourceful- just what I needed for this important project.
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
At the beginning of the project we had a phone conference with the entire team selected to work on our project. This gave me the opportunity to speak in detail about my company history, place in the market as well as the challenges we were facing in the current economy. Our conversation also provided the opportunity to share a number important details about our current challenges that would not be obvious to anyone looking at our business for the first time. After the Team Conference I was assigned a project leader who was my sole contact for about four months.
At that time we decided it would be possible to optimize our efforts by working with a different project leader. Our first task was to address all of the technical issues in the new site. For this work more analysis was performed and the actual coding worked was delegated to expert InFront Specialists who teamed with our web builder at another company. Once the technical issues were resolved we began the Search Engine Optimization Process.
At the outset I provided my Project Leader with a list of Key Words we wanted to rank for and we created goals for monthly organic traffic. Next we picked 8 products that we wanted to optimize for On and Off Page SEO each month, and finally we scheduled monthly phone conferences to review results and set new goals. This process has been ongoing.
What was the team composition?
Mike ( Sales ) Rishard & Stephanie ( SEO ) Laya ( SM ) Jon & Phil ( SIte speed & Dev ) There is a project leader, who is my primary contact and several technical specialists who worked on Coding Issues as they arose. My initial InFront contact on the sales side was always available to answer any questions or concerns. I’ve also been working with an InFront Social Media Expert with a specific focus on Facebook.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We are now on the first page on Google for most of our key artists, and in many cases we are ranking in the top three Organic Vendor Rankings. Organic Traffic has also increased about 320% over the 10 or so months was have been working with InFront. Most important of all, we have done more business with new clients in the last three months that we have in the last three years!
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The workflow was precise and efficient. InFront prides itself on action rather than laborious formal process, which means communication chains are short and effective. No need to fill out lots of forms for the tiniest change.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
At all levels of the company, they truly listen and they are extremely responsive. No matter what issue I brought to the table, large or small, there was always an appropriate solution in short order.
Are there any areas for improvement?
I think the project could have benefited from a more formal goal setting process from the outset, although I now understand how that can be difficult until the work gathers a certain momentum and there is enough accurate data available to set meaningful goals. Ultimately InFront did respond to my request for project goals that were Specific, Measurable and Timebound.

We hired Infront Webworks after using a different SEO company because they could not move the needle or figure out why the site would not rank. Infront, after spending a day auditing the website figured out the mystery and took steps to move the needle for our dentist office.
What were your goals for this project?
Our goal was to find an SEO company that could figure out why we were not improving with our old provider. Once they figured out that there were duplicate content issues, the next step was to rewrite content and begin ranking the website. We also included Google Ads after some time with them to increase our leads.

We selected Infront Webworks because they seemed very knowledgeable and were able to isolate issues that other companies could not or ignored.

We began with the project with trying to understand and discover the issues with why we were not ranking, even though we had a different SEO provider. After Infront's initial audit it was discovered that the website was a carbon copy of many other dentist type websites on the web. The next phase was to create original content so we could rank faster. Mike Tortorice did an impeccable job getting the content done in a timely manner and we saw our rankings and most importantly our leads increase. From there we have kept Infront to help further us along when it came to being found on the web. We also started doing Google Ads as well. They were able to work with our smaller budget and still bring us leads through pay per click.

I originally talked with the owner of the company and was assigned Mike as my Specialist to work on the account. As I have told him, I am his biggest fan. He was the one who orchestrated strategy and implemented it.

We currently rank well for terms like dentist in Google Maps as well as holding steady on many keywords like family dentist Colorado springs. From there we have seen a steady increase in phone calls and new patients to our dentist practice.

Infront and Mike were very responsive to questions and the communication is easy and friendly, yet professional in terms of explaining things and answering questions. I would say it is very effective. Having one person as your single point of contact and that person is also in charge of implementing the strategy behind the SEO. We found Infront through a local search online, plus we have heard of them before via their good reputation in the community.

We started off with Search Engine Optimization working with a dedicated specialist who was in charge of our account. From there, we also developed a new website built in WordPress to also help with being seen, additional functionality. We worked with the team at Infront on developing a strong keyword portfolio and with a strategy-based approach to bring important keywords front and center.

We worked primarily with a forward-facing Senior SEO strategist. This person ran point and did the work in order to get us ranking better in our area.

We teach gymnastics to girls and boys. Our students are between the ages of 18 months and 18 years.
What challenge were you trying to address with Infront Webworks?
We didn't like our previous website at all, and the agency we were working with didn't accommodate our concerns. We decided to look for a new agency to help us. Our location isn't very visible, so most of our traffic comes through our web presence.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We met with them and discussed what we wanted and what we didn't like. We're not particularly tech-savvy, and they were confident that we could help us. The platform they chose is very user-friendly, and it is very easy to make changes.
They took all the existing information from our old website, and they streamlined the whole process. It's a totally different platform from our previous site, and I think they built the whole thing from scratch. Now that the website is live, they manage our SEO. They walked us through analytics and explain all the processes involved.

What challenge were you trying to address with Infront Webworks?
I wanted to build a cost-effective system that allows builders to measure the cost of piping and utilities easily. I needed to find a web developer to get me noticed on the web and that could work with a protection company.
What was the scope of their involvement?
The solution offers tools to estimate underground utilities like water, sewer, and gas piping out on the property away from the building. For every foot of pipe you measure, it calculates the cost of digging for you. For plumbing piping, it calculates the price of every foot of pipe depending on its width (1-inch, 2-inch, 4-inch, etc.) and material (such as cast iron or PVC). It has six systems: utility, plumbing, heating and cooling piping, medical gas piping, industrial piping, and seismic bracing
Users enter the quantities, lengths, and footage of pipelines and the number of fittings from their blueprint. They can then input pricing information, and the solution will do all the math for you. It even includes a cost code sheet for auditing and measurements in metric or Imperial units depending on the customer’s needs.
Infront Webworks started building my site in bullet form—that way, visitors don’t have to do a lot of reading. The team then added pictures. I disagreed with one of the images they chose, and they immediately changed it out without any argument. This was the case for multiple pieces of feedback I gave them; they always made my requested changes without giving me pushback.
The Infront Webworks team also set up a function that allows a user to make a direct purchase or a subscription. It utilizes PayPal to handle the money and has clear instructions as well as a “Buy Now” button.
They also work with the protection company I hire, and they work more closely than I could ever have asked. There’s a demo video built into the website, and we’ve sent instructional videos to the protection person that wraps it all into the protection blanket.
We just finished getting the website built. From there, we sat in with another gentleman who set up a marketing phase to make the site more visible online. He designed campaigns to maximize results with the money that I had available.

How did you come to work with Infront Webworks?
When I met with another vendor and tried to describe what I wanted to accomplish, they gave me just one hour of their time. I could barely get started explaining what I wanted from them. After that hour was up, they ended our meeting to make it to another appointment. I got so frustrated after the second meeting that I decided to look for new web developers in my community.
From there, I was more attracted to Infront Webworks’ advertisement than that of any other company. When I made an appointment with them, the manager at the time greeted me and gave me over three hours of her time. I was able to tell her I needed to get accomplished.
The next meeting, she had me all lined up with the team I would work with. This includes the person that was going to build it and the person that would overlook marketing. Infront Webworks simply had their act together and knew what they were doing. I was so impressed from the get-go. In the long-run, their pricing was very fair as well.

We’ve spent a little over $5,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in January 2019, and the work is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
I’ve never been more pleased in my entire life with one company’s work. When I explained to Infront Webworks how I wanted the site to look, Jon took to heart everything that I was asking for. He wrote it and had it 95% to perfection the very first time. We’ve only made a couple of adjustments. I’m so impressed with that.
Nobody has seen the solution on the web because it’s not in a marketable place yet. Infront Webworks has to submit it to Google for approval so that it gets placed under the appropriate categories. We’re trying to find a parking spot for my project right now.
How did Infront Webworks perform from a project management standpoint?
In every phase, Infront Webworks provides a specialist—or more than one person—to handle everything they need. Their workflow just clicks; it’s all coordinated to near perfection. It’s better than I’ve ever seen anywhere by any company. Infront Webworks also never says they can’t do something or that it will cost extra. They do exactly what I want and stay positive to get everything accomplished.
We communicate via phone and email. They’re also only three miles from where I live. It’s quite easy for me to drive down to their office.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Infront Webworks gives me the time needed to explain what I want. As a result, the website is exactly what I asked for. They respected everything I wanted to have accomplished and didn’t give me any argument. They don’t give 110%; they give 1000%. I’ve not lost one minute of sleep over their work.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No. Infront Webworks addressed every need that I had.

We have had meetings with them in regards to making our websites the most relevant and putting us higher in the google search engine. They have completed the first website layout for one magazine and it looked good. we went live with it and continue to work on our other websites.
