Before embarking on the project with Inforce, we presented them with our meticulously crafted designs and detailed wireframes. This marked the inception of a series of meetings, where we engaged in extensive discussions regarding the project's timeline, the strategic selection of cutting-edge technologies, and the forward-looking steps to bring our vision to life. The project journey commenced with the development of the iOS version of our applications, where Inforce adeptly leveraged the robust Swift technology. 

Building upon this success, we seamlessly transitioned into the domain of Android development, utilizing the versatile Kotlin language. Throughout the project's lifecycle, we placed tremendous value on the innovative suggestions and ingenious solutions consistently offered by Inforce's accomplished developers.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Throughout the dynamic 3-month collaboration with Inforce, our company has undergone remarkable growth. With their invaluable support, we transitioned from possessing mere concepts and rough drafts for our two apps to where we stand today, on the verge of launching both products in the market. Our partnership with Inforce continues, with our current focus centered on the expansion and scaling of our product offerings.

Embracing the Scrum methodology throughout our project, we meticulously orchestrated sprint planning, held daily scrum meetings, and conducted retrospectives with our team of developers. Seamless communication was achieved through the use of Slack, while our project's progress was diligently tracked on Jira boards. This facilitated the easy and efficient exchange of ideas and project updates within the Inforce team.

Inforce delivered great website, which is optimised for different screen sizes, great SEO and our website generates many leads for us.

We use slack for communication. I often have requests to them. Project manager always responds promptly and in short period of time requests are handled.
