If there was one area we would have liked to see accelerate slightly faster, it would have been organic search visibility for high-intent keywords, as these naturally take time to mature in competitive categories like fine jewelry.That said, we were aligned from the outset that sustainable digital growth — particularly in SEO and customer trust — would be incremental rather than immediate. Their team has set the right expectations, built a strong technical and design foundation, and positioned us well for continued improvement as content, authority, and audience signals compound over time.Overall, the pace of progress was in line with the realities of our market and stage of digital adoption.
