I’m the head of the Krakow office of Telenor Digital, a software development company.

We needed to hire software engineers, mainly for Java, JavaScript, and front-end development.

We provide documentation ( the technical profile of candidates we want to hire) to Infolet, while they do market research and help us find the proper engineers and teams. The teams recruited by Infolet deliver applications, software components, manage our cloud solutions, and provide IT and customer support.

We’re currently working with 12 software engineers hired by Infolet.

They do a good job of managing the project. We communicate via Slack, email, Google, and in person.

Infolet has the ability to quickly hire resources who possess the required skills for our project. We’ve built a strong partnership between us.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Rather than relying on emails and calls, it would be simpler if we had a single system where we could log in and check on the project.
