Please describe your company.

We provide marketing and advertising services.

What is your role and responsibilities?

I deal with international clients. They ask for nationwide or international lists. I provide the exact criteria that match their requirements. I am in the business development department.

What was your goal for working with InfoDataPlace?

We partnered with InfoDataPlace and, if our clients are looking for an international list, we provide that. If they are looking for a United States list, we ask InfoDataPlace for those lists. We have a mutual understanding with [other] companies, and we work closely with InfoDataPlace.

Please describe the scope of their work.

We provide the initial email lists and we run email campaign programs on the data. For example, if you have a database with a lot of old information, we can run our software and do research to update the data.

How long has the project lasted?

The typical project takes one to two workweeks. We have worked with them for two or three years.

What was your process for selecting InfoDataPlace with which to work?

We found them through an online search and tested them first with smaller projects.

Can you provide a ballpark dollar figure for the size of the work that they’ve done for you?

It depends on the number of contacts that we work on. For example, some project’s are only $1,000, which is their minimum spend. For 50,000 or more contacts, it will take at least seven to eight working days and more money.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Are you satisfied with the work provided by InfoDataPlace?

Yes. It has been very successful. When the client comes to us and wants a specific industry and locations to target, we extract and we do our research. We have a team that collects all the information. We also do email notifications for all the contacts that we have. We make sure the clients receive the most updated and accurate information.

The clients have been happy with our results, and we have a few more clients that will get back to us on a second and third project. Therefore, we want to keep the partnership with InfoDataPlace going.

Do you have any statistics or metrics to track improvement from the project?

No. The clients are happy.

Is there anything unique about them that really makes InfoDataPlace stand out, compared to other companies?

InfoDataPlace provided the most recent and updated information for all of the industries. For example, we can provide contacts for businesses, like industry contacts. We can provide B2C [business-to-consumer] contacts as well. The main factor is the quality.

Looking back on the work so far, is there any area that you think InfoDataPlace could improve upon or that you might do differently?

No. We have been working together for a long time. Everything is going fine.
