We provided the team with design and user stories. The work was appraised for a month. During this time, the main tasks were completed. We also managed to implement some improvements that were not included in the original documentation.
The solution was developed with Node.js, PostgreSQL, and such libraries as Express, JWT, pdf-kit, and htmlparser2 for Back End and using React, Redux, and some React libraries such as AntD and Redux-Thunk for Front End.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
There were 4 people in the core team, including a 1 senior developer, 2 middle developers and 1 QA. They were always in touch with us, and warned about any bugs in our documentation and design. That allowed us to get a high-quality product.

The main task was completed ahead of schedule. And we were able to make a few improvements to the project. We decided to continue working with them and would definitely recommend INFO-POLUS LLC.

All tasks, bugs, and improvements were managed in Youtrack. Thanks to this, we always saw the actual situation during the development process. We could also leave comments and improvement notes ourselves using Youtrack. The developers are very responsive.
They were available through all forms of communication including text messages, emails or Skype calls. In addition, we could take part in their online meetings which I find very useful.

It was helpful and convenient to communicate directly with the team, since they already had experience in developing similar software.
