I work at an investment company, and we have several businesses. Within that, I’m the founder of Subete Technologies, an IT company.

We hired them to develop a credit card processing platform.

Inflexion provides us with software development services. They’ve built a credit card processing platform that is web-based and mobile-friendly. The team has also developed an e-commerce platform simultaneously. Currently, they’re updating both platforms.

There are 4–5 people from Inflexion we’re in constant contact with, including a project manager.

How did you come to work with Inflexion Software?

We found them through Clutch. We interviewed around seven companies from different countries, most found on Clutch. We screened each candidate to know who they were. Inflexion had experience, their prices were competitive, and I loved their personality. Ultimately, we chose them due to their expertise.

How much have you invested with them?

So far, we’ve spent over $90,000 on both platforms.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together around February 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Inflexion brought their expertise to our product. We thought the solution should be one way, and thanks to them, it ended up being more realistic and robust. The team uses their experience and knowledge of the market and takes ownership of the product. While other companies give clients what they want, Inflexion goes beyond that.

I’ve used other providers before, and I’ve never gotten the response Inflexion gives us. When someone tried to hack us, the team had a pretty good response in the middle of the night; with a product as sensitive as a credit card processing app, this gives us peace of mind. Overall, Inflexion delivers what they promise, and we’re now looking to hire them for more projects. 

How did Inflexion Software perform from a project management standpoint?

We’re pretty pleased with their project management performance. There is a project manager on their side and one on ours, and most of our communication is through them. We have a weekly meeting and week-long sprints. 

Everything has been great, going from our calendar to the meetings. We’ve only had one hiccup; when we changed the scope and started our second project, the team took a week-and-a-half on sprints instead of one week. However, this was partly our fault because we requested both projects be simultaneous. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m most impressed with their communication skill and the feedback they give us. As the platforms’ creators, it’s good to hear someone as passionate about our product as us.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They don’t need to improve anything on the professional side. Although their response time slowed down when we put more on their plate, we understand that they’re a small company that’s growing. Ultimately, Inflexion can go neck to neck with any big company. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I don’t have any advice that I wish I’d known, because they’ve been full of good surprises. Inflexion has performed better than we anticipated.

We needed their expertise in web application development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Inflexion Software has built a web app to improve our customer experience and satisfaction. The mobile-friendly web platform provides our customers with access to their order information and product inventory. 

We’ve asked Inflexion Software to integrate log-in features to ensure privacy, so our customers can only gain access to their information once they input their credentials. Additionally, they’ve implemented user-specific functionality to optimize the app’s UX. Our users can navigate through the platform and track the shipment date of their orders and any existing balance they have to settle.

Our app has been developed and is now at its pilot launch phase. We continue to rely on Inflexion Software’s solutions and maintenance services because the platform is currently being run and monitored in their own server.

We’ve worked with about five resources from their team, including a project manager, a UX/UI designer, and a backend developer.

One of our providers gave us a shortlist of development agencies we can consider for this project. We ended up choosing Inflexion Software because of their competitive rates, tangible plans, and impressive proposal.

Our ongoing engagement with Inflexion Software commenced in May 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Inflexion Software has developed a smooth-running platform, which has gained affirmations from early users. Their team has inputted highly accurate information, and we’ve had no problems with uploading new content — everything’s just working as great as we’ve expected.

How did Inflexion Software perform from a project management standpoint?

We mainly communicate via WhatsApp and conduct weekly meetings to discuss the project status. Inflexion Software has reliable project management skills — they’re always willing to explore solutions that can address any problems that come up. We’ve only dealt with minor development issues, which have led to small delays.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re always prepared with tangible coding and development deliverables that exactly address our needs. After we’ve kicked off our engagement, they’ve only needed a month to up with useful solutions. 

Additionally, Inflexion Software works hand-in-hand with our team to ensure that we’re on the same page and that we’re learning and progressing together. They work more like our partner than a service provider, and we appreciate them for that level of dedication.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It will be amazing to set more specific and measurable KPIs to gauge the success of our platform. If Inflexion Software considers our users’ feedback as they produce new solutions, that will be really helpful. However, I understand that we’re still in the pilot stages now, so these are just suggestions they can explore as we progress.

I'm an advisor for a financial management firm and we invest primarily in midstream companies within the energy sector. We have several products ranging from SMAs to mutual funds, and I focus on international and domestic equities.

I was trying to address the market need for on-demand services that people can do remotely.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The key deliverable for this project is the marketplace app that connects people who are looking for remote work, with users who are looking for help for various types of projects. It’s essentially an app that can help connect freelancers with end-users. It’s being developed for iOS and Android, and some of the key features include profile publishing, search services to negotiate transactions, and video conferencing. They’re currently providing maintenance for me, as I asked them to do a couple of tweaks for the product.

What is the team composition?

I interact with three people. One is a computer engineer, one is in marketing, and the third is more content-focused.

I found them through a recommendation from a friend and colleague that I worked with in the past.

We’ve invested about $25,000.

We officially started working together in March 2020, and the partnership is still ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Inflexion Software hits all their deadlines and is doing everything within budget. They’re very thoughtful and thorough on the application design, as well as going through the different scenarios and functions of the product.

How did Inflexion Software perform from a project management standpoint?

Inflexion software performs highly in this regard. They lay out clear goals and deliverable dates, and we stay in contact constantly. They’re available whenever I need to get in touch with them to ask questions, or bounce ideas off of them.

From my standpoint, we typically communicate through email, Word, and Excel documents.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re impressed with their software development capabilities. Alex (CEO & Founder) strikes me as a really sharp person who’s very well-read with a knowledge base that extends beyond computer programming — I could talk to him about any topic related to technology.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It’s a little unfair to judge because they’re not based in the US, but it’s kind of evident that the content-related products weren’t necessarily done by a US-based person.

I definitely endorse working with Inflexion Software. They’re top-notch when it comes to tech-specific projects.

We provide tools to execute transparent and eficient biddings, giving participants equitative access following many types of biddings. I'm the CTO, in charge of all infrastructure, maintanance and upgrades of our digital products.

We had visualize a new oportunitity to control Public Energy Autions, so we need a provider that could lead the development from refining the idea and designing primary business flows from the data we had.

How did you select Inflexion Software and what were the deciding factors?

They have a solid background building new digital tools, refining the requirements, selecting best technologies, and a development process that focus on business needs like targeting a MVP for first tests. There are few development agencies that have a service like that.

And MVP was our primary target, we needed to have it ready for the initial auctions phase. Together we decide Laravel framework was the best to accomplish our goals in the timeline defined.

It was a 3 to 4 people team that was assigned to this project, including one of the best architects we have worked with. We had the attenting of their CTO all the time, and their team included a UX designer, a software architect and a fullstack developer specialized on PHP and web front end development.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Code is always clearly documented, so our internal team can take on the development once they deliver the initial MVP realese.

Agile was adopted 100% for the projects Inflexion was invoveld and used Pivotal Tracket as a tool to follow the methodology and Slack as our communication tool. Git and Visual Studio Code was used as development tools.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their designs, been for modeling a new business or a new UI, are always delivered as a top global business. They were very clear, understandable, and complete.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing off the top of mind! We have had a long colaboration with Inflexion helping us developing and maintaning our core business software.

Difficult to measure but: On time deploys all the different developments. Accurate statistics of use, useful for reporting. Our company was named by a transnational "one of the top 5 innovative partners 2020" thanks to a project that Inflexion develop our idea to reality.

They're always close and there, they worry about understand the client request, the communication is quick and clear. They Always communicate you the timeline and project plan.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Ethics. They never take advantage of their position, always offer a fair deal. Innovation. Inflexion is always looking for new solutions. Updated. If a new tech is round there... Inflexion have it or will have it if you ask for it.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Price: is fair but is not cheap. Solutions with hardware and equipment: They have the games, the platforms, the software but equipment like tablets, TVs, TouchScreens, Kinnects, etc. for rent, and so, have the integral solution for big events.
