I am the business development manager at Stefanini, a global IT solutions company based in Brazil. I am responsible for our digital transformation services.

What challenge were you trying to address with Infinit Agency?

We realized that our customers were looking for more creative solutions and services. We were great at developing solutions, but needed a marketing agency to polish our branding, attract our target audience, and merge our creative aspects with our deliverables.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Infinit Agency develops all the creative aspects of our products. They create the design concepts, develop the sales system, and run sales campaigns. Their team oversees our marketing team with product launches. We work with them on numerous projects. For example, they recently helped us wireframe every detail and feature for an app we had to rebuild.

Their job is to understand how our client's business flows and making sure our development corresponds with it. Their team facilitates the whole process: pre-sales/pitching to customers, creating high-level concepts, and adapting to user feedback. They also help us thoroughly understand our target audience to create more tailored pitches.

What is the team composition?

The team varies depending on our needs. I usually work with their CEO, creative specialists, and project managers. Depending on the stage of the project, we work with up to five of their employees.

How did you come to work with Infinit Agency?

We were looking for small- to medium-sized companies that had experience in the European markets, including Germany, the U.K., and the Nordic countries. We chose Infinit because they had experience in, and could handle, varying project sizes and types.

How much have you invested with them?

We've invested $300,000–$400,000 thus far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started in April 2013 and the work is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Due to Infinit's engagement in our projects, our customers say that we're decades ahead of the competition.

How did Infinit Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

They're managing our projects well, but they haven't been stellar. They're a smaller company and our management standards are extremely high, but they can that still do a lot better. However, we’ve given them feedback and have seen improvement over the years.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We're impressed with their versatility and desire to understand our customers. These are traits that resonate with our values.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could do a better job with project management, but our company's standards are extremely high.
