AppRover
Our client, APPIGNITER, wanted to design and develop an Android app store that would tailor recommendations for users. InfiniOne was asked to help design the user experience, user interface, architect the system, and develop the native Android app itself.

Plectrum Accelerate
Plectrum Accelerate wanted to develop an iPhone application that would make it easier for millennials to save and invest money. We were brought in during the ideation phase of the company and tasked with designing the UX/UI, architecting the complete technology stack, developing the application and integrating with TD Ameritrade Institutional.

AutoTrade PA
AutoTrade is the sister company of one of the largest credit agencies in Panama. They handle financial transactions in the automotive industry and more. Before AutoTrade, buying and selling vehicles in Panama took days. Our team helped create a fully integrated system that automated the customer intake, vehicle trade-in, purchase, and auction processes. InfiniOne reduced transaction time from days to as low as 15 minutes.

Holy Tomatoes
We were introduced to the Holy Tomatoes founder at a very critical stage in his startup career. He had spent a lot of money and time working with a development company that delivered a non-functional product. We helped him quickly define a road to recovery and hit the ground running. Our team helped him build a native iOS app from scratch and worked to salvage the backend his previous development company had built.

Tattoo Planet
We were approached by the founders of Tattoo Planet to create a network for tattoo enthusiasts and artists to share their work. It allows tattoo artists to show off their craftsmanship while giving enthusiasts a window shopping opportunity for potential tattoo artists. We helped them define and build an iPhone app that brought their vision to life.

APRL
APRL is a Los Angeles based clothing rental company. They wanted a prototype for their iPhone app concept. We worked with the founders during a short rapid prototyping workshop to give their concept a life.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I’m the head of acquisitions at a real estate firm. My team is responsible for sourcing and acquiring real estate deals. We source and analyze real estate deals across the country.
For what projects/services did your company hire InfiniOne?
We're always modernizing our workflow and weren’t happy with any of the technology solutions available. We needed a mobile app that could track locations under review, especially when our team is on the road.
What were your goals for this project?
We needed to create an intuitive iOS app that would ideally reduce the amount of time required to access data across a variety of platforms.
How did you select this vendor?
We initially found InfiniOne through a Google search. We had many conference calls and demonstrations over the ensuing months. Our specs changed as they relayed feedback and inquiries. InfiniOne was the natural, obvious choice.
Describe the project in detail.
The technology we needed didn't exist, so they built a custom solution and adding map and manual entry functionalities. The app brings together multiple data sources. It centralizes text, multimedia, research, and other relevant information for each property.
What was the team composition?
Two developers and a QA engineer worked on the project full-time. We had access to senior leadership when necessary.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Every member of our team has adopted the app. It has become an integral part of our workflow, dramatically cutting down on inefficiencies and helping us focus on the core of our business. InfiniOne has made sure that the UX is easy to understand and that it conforms to our needs.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
It was extremely effective. Their weekly sprints surprised me at first, but I now see why they used them. This process gives me real-time insight and helps me provide feedback at the appropriate times. I could chat with the developers directly and wasn't limited to a project manager.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
I'm impressed by their transparency and the quality of their work. They didn't agree to everything we requested, but instead provided constructive feedback on product and technology decisions.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Aside from general tweaks for personal preference, nothing comes to mind.
Highly usable and intuitive, the app met every need and significantly boosted efficiency. It was universally adopted by internal staff. Through an agile methodology and iterative feedback model, InfiniOne delivered great results. They continually challenged assumptions and made smart suggestions.
