What set this company apart was their remarkable commitment to on-time deliveries. This proved immensely valuable for our launching programs. Additionally, their unwavering availability, even on short notice, demonstrated a high level of responsiveness and support, playing a pivotal role in the success of our projects.

One area where I felt there could be improvement with INDI IT Group is their current lack of involvement in domain and server services. Currently, I have to procure domains and hosting from a third party, and I've also hired someone else for server-related tasks. If INDI IT Group were to incorporate these services into their offerings, it would be highly beneficial and convenient for clients like myself.
