After that, we will evaluate the website’s content to determine what keywords to add. It will take a few months to see results — we probably won’t see any for another 3–4 months — so we’re in the waiting game right now.

Incrementors’ project management is great. They deliver on time and stay within budget. In terms of tools, we mainly use emails. My contact person sends me my website’s analytics through various programs. For example, he takes a screenshot of the analytics and then sends it to me through chat or as an email attachment. To communicate, we use Skype.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They can look at the entire website and evaluate all of its errors. They’ve been able to pinpoint everything that needs fixing. In fact, the person I work with has found expired domains within days, giving me a whole list to choose from — he’s quick in delivering information to me.
Are there any areas they could improve?
It would be nice if we could add web content to the website, but Incrementors doesn’t offer that service right now.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Incrementors’ resources are experts in SEO services. If you want to gain traffic in an affordable way, SEO is the way to go. I’ve done PPC in the past, but it’s expensive. By contrast, SEO campaigns are worthwhile and affordable. If you’re an Incrementors customer, go this route before checking out PPC.

I'm the e-commerce director and website manager. I'm responsible for the development, maintenance and marketing of the e-commerce site as well as all products on the website.
