I found several different vendors who offered this kind of work, and I found Incredo to be the ones that were the most responsive and professional in that kind of communication sense. In addition, the pricing was quite good. I probably spoke to 15 suppliers in total.

We needed to set up of a set of templates for HubSpot platform which will be used for our marketing communication both internal and external. The main challenge was to develop those templates properly in COS platform of HubSpot.

We needed to switch to this platform and we had some templates and website and we had some templates for newsletters, which we use for internal newsletters for our customers. Because there is some development work connected with that, we need to code those newsletters and we had the design because we had designers of our own but we don't have developers
We reached out to Incredo to help us to code them, the programming part of those templates. We established a good cooperation. We're still working with them as we are developing more and more stuff. We are just now redesigned our website so they are helping us with the code. Yeah, we established a good cooperation and it all went as we want it. They estimated the work, how much needs to be done. We did it and we had some changes and improvements so they helped us actually to do those improvements too. The cooperation is going well.

How did Incredo perform from a project management standpoint?
Especially when you start cooperation with someone, it takes time to align both teams so we are synchronized and harmonized, so there always things that can be done better. I believe that based on what we've done with them already, Incredo works quite well. They are fair, honest and deliver on time. They are very very flexible and very friendly. We are satisfied. There are always things that you can improve, as always, but we are satisfied.
Is there anything Incredo could have improved or done differently?
Sometimes the delivery was later than we expected, I would say but nothing tragic. They always tell us upfront if they have some issues or something, or someone is sick or something. If something happened, they always tell us upfront so that was fine.
The second thing I would probably say is attention to detail. Sometimes they said it's done and we found some mistake or found something what should be different or better. Sometimes it was paying the attention to all details.
If you force me to pick something I would say this, but it's really nothing that would be that crucial or that hard that would actually ruin the cooperation, nothing serious.

I think we're probably about four to four and a half months into this, which is very early for inbound to pay any dividends. I think that we've done a lot of that work initially and, so far, I would say the project has gone pretty well overall. Obviously, there are some growing pains when you're trying to apply this to a new market segment, but we're very happy with the progress.

We had migrated to HubSpot as our marketing platform, and we wanted to up our game. We wanted to get better at generating inbound leads to produce better content and be more sophisticated about SEO [search engine optimization] and paid search.

Incredo is our lead inbound marketing agency. We've retained them on an ongoing basis. They do work for us monthly, and we have weekly status meetings. They handle all of our inbound marketing, social media, website, and content. They've done a lot of work retooling and upgrading our website as well.

I did some online search on inbound marketing agencies. Because we work with firms all around the world, we thought to look for companies worldwide and found Incredo. I called them up, and that's how we got started.

One of the things we've worked on with them is changing the target buyers we're going after. It's a little early, but they've begun to help us shift the buyers. If you look at our leads, about 10 percent of our leads were this new ideal buyer when they started, and they're about 25 percent now. They made a significant shift in the lead profile that we're aspiring to. We expect them to do much better. We expect it to continue during the next few months, but that's early.
How did Incredo perform from a project management standpoint?
Incredo is very well organized. They're very responsive and achieve all of our marketing targets quickly. We're a technology company, so we have short attention spans. They're good about that and really want to get on with the steps. I'd recommend them.

They're smart and get technology. The second thing is they're economical because of where they're based. Part of the reason we selected them is they're a lot less expensive than using somebody stateside.
Incredo is also good about process and thinking about how to manage things systematically. That's another challenge you often have with creative agencies is they're just not very well organized. We're a process-oriented shop, so these guys use Trello. I manage a lot of things, and I can't manage them, so they manage me, which is good.

Please describe your organization.
Create eLearning is a technology platform that makes it easy for any organization or instructor to build classes online and to deliver real-world training to anybody, anywhere, on any device. The instructor can then track all classes, report on progress, and track certificates, then run all coaching and mentoring activities as a SAAS [software as a service] company.
What is your position?
I am the chief executive officer.
What business challenge were you trying to address with Incredo?
My background has been as head of sales and marketing at a number of businesses. During the last five to 10 years, I have gotten to know HubSpot as a methodology. Although I like that methodology, I don't like the HubSpot platform, and especially their pricing, so I was looking for an inbound marketing company that would deliver content rapidly, understand our business, understand our customers, understand our SEO [search engine optimization], and then execute on all of that. That's a large volume of inbound marketing content.
Please describe the scope of your involvement with Incredo in detail.
We are a late phase startup company. We've got a limited budget and need to work hard. I segmented the marketing team into outsourced experts, so I have an expert that runs public relations. Our PR expert knows all of the key opinion leaders, all the movers and shakers in the industry that shape opinion around learning management systems and e-learning.
Incredo was brought on as our inbound marketing content creation experts. They were also responsible for redesigning our website from being something that did a quite poor job of messaging to something that is much more modern and organized. We serve a diverse market – an organization can use our learning management system to train and onboard staff and do all their development and coaching activities, but independent instructors can also sell content on our platform. Our offerings can appear very confusing depending on who you are and how you arrive at our website. Our biggest challenge has been communicating to that very diverse market.
Incredo was responsible for organizing our messaging, starting with our most profitable area, organizations looking for a learning management systems. They've created compelling content for that area as well as all the social postings. Our internal outbound marketing team then repurposes that content, sending that content out to approximately 100,000 addresses. Our PR guy makes sure that the e-books and all of the materials that might be of interest to our market are pushed through his key opinion leaders and press channels.
Incredo does all of our social marketing. We take that content, repurpose it into newsletters, and fire that out to the 100,000 addresses that we've got on our contact database. All of this is working really well for us.
How did you come to work with Incredo?
I found them on Upwork. We've gone through five marketing experts to find one that will work for us. My problem has been the complexity of simplifying our offering and getting people to understand that – getting marketers to understand that.
The challenge is getting marketers who are not frightened of saying no to what we currently offer and put forward compelling reasons for why they want to go in a particular direction. It requires a very strong and firm hand for someone to say that when we look at the data from our research, it would argue this approach. I don't know where to go with that so I just say that we'll have to go with your way.
Could you provide a sense of the size of this initiative in financial terms?
I would like to keep that confidential.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our relationship with Incredo is ongoing.
Could you share any statistics, metrics, or other feedback from your work with Incredo?
We engaged them in mid-January, and their internal research took about a month. Then, they started to come up with content that got delivered at the very tail end of February.
The quality of the content is awesome, and I'm able to repurpose it for my 100,000 emails. What used to take me a day or two to generate creative content now actually takes me 15 minutes. All I'm doing is leveraging the blog imagery they've created, which is strong. What that means is that we can now schedule a newsletter every week to 100,000 contacts, linking them to an e-book or a white paper or something like that, which is great.
I would say we were getting 40 visitors per day to the website, which isn't very many. We were converting 3 percent of those. In spite of our less than brilliant website, we were still getting some good inquiries. So far this month, I think we're up to 60 visitors per day, and our conversion rate has gone up to 6.4 percent.
By the time we get to September, we will probably be close to a 10 percent conversion rate, which is what we're aiming for. We're also aiming for 5,000 visitors to our website per month. If we hit those two metrics, then we'll be there, and I'm confident we'll do that.
What distinguishes Incredo from other providers?
We're relatively new to working with Incredo. We engaged them in early January [2016], and it's been an awesome experience. Incredo has executed everything in a very professional way. They've delivered on time and met our expectations.
They use Skype, Trello, and Google Docs, which is a very efficient way of working. Two of those we were already using, but we've copied their best practices with our own customers now, which has been good. They've shown us an incredibly efficient process for sharing documents.
One of my big concerns was that they were Armenian. All I can say is that their written English is better than mine by a mile. Their work ethic and their ability to just power forward are incredible.
They were quite patient with me. My advice to anybody wanting to work with Incredo is to follow their process. But, don't be afraid to challenge them on their thinking and the rationale they come up with. Carefully check the English in their documents but, other than that, there won't be an issue. I can't rate them highly enough.

Not really, no. Unlike so many others, Incredo does deliver.

We're a small company and, at the time, I was running all of our marketing activities by myself. As we began to grow, it became overwhelming. We decided to hire an agency to help us with our marketing efforts.

First, Incredo helped us create a strategy that would help us align our marketing content with our brand. Incredo has been creating many unique blog posts for us. That includes writing the content, doing the background research, making sure it's effective, and planning the keywords carefully to benefit our SEO [search engine optimization] strategy. Then, it needs to be distributed through the right channels to reach the right people.
Incredo has also been implementing HubSpot for us. They use HubSpot to create content and landing pages, manage our blog, run our social media accounts, help us with call to actions, and gather leads from all the content they are creating. That's essentially a high-level overview of the actual project.

I had to choose between hiring someone to be a part of my team or hiring an agency. Our CEO ended up finding Incredo, and they were the right fit for us.

qI could have hired one person for the cost of hiring an agency, and it would not have been this effective. These guys are trained, and they're very professional in how they work. They're very organized and effective. It's been a great experience so far, and I'm excited to continue working with them.

We have meetings twice a week. We touch base and catch up on what's been done. I've been pretty hands-off, to be honest. I give them a strategic direction on what I want done, and it gets done. If we have to go back to the drawing board, they work very quickly. The quality has been great as well.

Incredo is very accountable for their work. I never need to handhold. They very responsible, and I never have to chase them for anything. We get into a meeting, and they have their agenda ready to go. Their team is very friendly and open minded. We have a very cordial relationship with them. They've never been late for a meeting.
