BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

The organization is a private mental health care organization. We do everything from outpatient counseling as well as marriage and family therapy, all the way to psychiatry and testing services. I am the IT manager and also perform some administrative work within the organization.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Incredible Visibility Inc?

Our main goal with the project was to really improve our website. We had a relatively rudimentary informational site in place, but the organization was growing, and we wanted to transition to a more professional and robust digital presence overall.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They worked closely with us to design and build the new site from the ground up and have since helped us to implement a lot of new features on it. That includes the ability for individual providers to be able to go in and make modifications on their own in a controlled way as well as social media marketing tie-ins so that we could start utilizing the site to advertise on those platforms.

From there, they actually worked with us to coordinate a comprehensive social media marketing campaign across Google and Yelp and other sites and have handled SEO as well. Every month we have a meeting with our account manager to go through the metrics and recommend keyword focuses based on that performance. At this point, we are spending the majority of our marketing budget with them in order to help grow the organization.

What was the team composition?

We have a primary account manager who is our main point of contact, but I understand that they have a development team working on the backend that varies in size based on our current needs.

How did you come to work with Incredible Visibility Inc?

Their team was recommended to us, so we reached out and talked to them about what they were able to provide. We started by having them do some web development, and then moved onto SEO, and just kept working with them based on the results that we were seeing from the work.

How much have you invested with them?

The total cost of their work for us is on the order of $25,000–$30,000 per month, so we’ve probably spent close to $1 million with them over the years.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them around January 2015, and we’ve worked with them on and off on a variety of projects since then.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I don’t get too involved with the exact metrics, as those are typically handled by our front office. I do know that we track number of site visits, demographics of people visiting the site, and time spent on site, and we track how clients who book appointments got to that point in their journey. All in all, we have been very satisfied with the effects of their work on all of those data points.

The SEO work that we have done with them has been tremendously effective. We’re now one of the largest private mental healthcare facilities in the entire southern Los Angeles area, which is at least 3-4 times the size of the company when we first started working with them. I would attribute most of that success to the clients that have come in through their outreach program.

How did Incredible Visibility Inc perform from a project management standpoint?

We have established a pretty flexible and seamless process with them for any of the projects or campaigns that we run. We discuss with our owners and managers about the direction and any specific goals we’d like to achieve, and then our project manager will take that, template it, and roll out a proposed plan that they are ready to execute once we approve it.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They have an incredibly thorough process or project proposal based on the goals that we’ve laid out, and then they put an incredible amount of work into tracking those goals as well to make sure that we are on track with both the schedule and the results they are delivering. The whole experience is incredibly professional and makes things easy for our team to manage.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I really don’t have any particular criticisms of their team. They went through a little bit of a growth phase in the middle of 2016 and their response times fell off a little bit as a result, but it didn’t cause us any problems and they got everything back together pretty quickly. In general, we’ve had the same point of contact throughout the relationship and that has made everything work pretty seamlessly.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Understand your business goals and what you want your image to be above everything. Once you have that in place, just trust them. Unless you have a lot of digital experience of your own, they are the experts in this domain, and they can get you the results that you ask for if you let them do their work.
