I am Director & principal Solicitor for Natasha Hall Law Limited who provide legal services based on the Wirral from our offices in Heswall

For what projects/services did your company hire Inbound Things LTD?

Our website had been designed but was not bringing in the required traffic.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to see an increase in enquiries and be able to self generate work rather than having to pay large marketing fees for CMCs to provide leads.

How did you select Inbound Things LTD?

I came across Inbound Things Ltd via Linkedin. I was provided with a detailed brochure and had a chat to Jonny. I was already with a marketing company paying a monthly fee, but felt the website was not doing what it should. We only had a small budget and Jonny has made it work.

Describe the project in detail.

Once we agreed on the project, Jonny from Inbound kept me updated throughout. We had regular chats in the first few months to talk about what we required and to show the increase in traffic. We discussed marketing campaigns via other social media platforms and a number of blogs have been added to our website by Inbound. These were researched and drafted by Inbound and sent over for signing off the contents.

Being a small firm, I have to deal with lots of things and so their involvement took the pressure off, having someone I have been completely able to trust with my marketing. I have always been kept informed of the data in a clear way with monthly reporting.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Inbound have done a fantastic job in moving our website over to an alternative platform and increasing SEO. From having little enquiries over a 12 month period, we now have regular daily enquiries coming into the firm with a good conversion rate into new clients.

Within the first 3 months of launching the website, we saw an immediate increase in the enquiries that we received. This has increased month by month on a relatively low budget.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The Director has always been easy to talk to, I can pop him an e-mail with ideas or thoughts and he returns to me and gets them in place. Jonny always explained things in laymans terms for those not IT literate or have little knowledge in this area.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

This has been an amazing and collaborative experience. I have been blown away by the results having been with a different company prior to our project with Inbound Things Ltd.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I cannot fault Inbound, the results have been staggering.
