I’m the CEO of an HR service provider. We work in the area of payroll, recruitment, and global staffing.

What challenge were you trying to address with Hubac?

We needed their team's expertise in web development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Our existing website was outdated, so we needed Hubac to build a new platform that could optimize our operations. They developed the new WordPress website from scratch, starting with the website mapping and structure before proceeding with the wireframing and overall design. We asked their team to integrate a geolocation feature, giving users access to Google Maps. Hubac also incorporated an interactive contact page and a customized search feature to improve our UX. 

Upon building the platform, we've tasked Hubac's team with generating SEO solutions to help get the word out about our business. They've linked our Facebook and LinkedIn accounts to generate more leads and improve our conversion rate. We continue to rely on their team's support and maintenance services.

I worked with the project lead, a UX designer, a web developer, and an SEO expert.

How did you come to work with Hubac?

We found Hubac online while searching for potential agencies to onboard for this project. We were impressed with their portfolio and keen understanding of our project deliverables, so we chose them.

How much have you invested with them?

We've spent $10,000 so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

The entire development process ran from March–August 2021, but we have an ongoing engagement with Hubac.

I can't say enough great things about Hubac's work –– they're committed to meeting our standards through their satisfactory work. Their team knows the ins and outs of website development, and they've rewarded us with an appealing and functional website that evidently improved our rankings and conversation rate.

How did Hubac perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate via Zoom and Microsoft Teams. Hubac has top-notch customer service and communication skills. They always deliver our needs on time.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Hubac has accurately translated my ideas into digital solutions that work for my business. Our team is not equipped with enough knowledge about web language, but they never make us feel left out, and they always value our opinions.

My company went from struggling daily to being highly successful. We’re now opening our sixth branch.
