Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Impala Creative Agency provided us with both marketing and design support. Initially their work included creating our logo and brand identity, and later monitoring our social media pltforms, creating content, designing visuals and campaigns, and of course handling event marketing for major initiatives like the Sevan Startup Summit or our in house events. They also delivered a wide range of design assets, including presentations, infographics, business cards, banners, merchandise and other promotional materials for events, which helped us present a strong and professional image to both startups and investors. Overall, the key deliverables combined digital and offline marketing solutions that raised our visibility, strengthened our brand, and supported our mission of engaging with the startup ecosystem and attracting investors.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Through our collaboration with Impala Creative Agency, we saw clear and measurable outcomes. Our LinkedIn following grew by more than 1,300% organically, expanding our reach from a small local audience to an international community of entrepreneurs, investors, startup ecosystem enthusiasts. This growth translated into increased brand awareness across the US, Armenia, India, the UAE, and beyond, which directly supported our ability to attract high-quality startups and investors. As a result, we successfully expanded our portfolio to 19 startups worldwide.

In addition, Impala’s event marketing and promotional efforts ensured our strong representation at major industry events, including those organized in collaboration with Science & Technology Angels Network (STAN), and four Seaside Startup Summits, where we served as co-organizer. These outcomes demonstrate not only the success of the project but also its long-term impact on our visibility, credibility, and investment activities.

They've demonstrated great project management throughout our collaboration. They consistently prepared our monthly social media calendars in advance, ensuring content was scheduled and ready on time. At the same time, they were highly responsive to our needs whenever urgent news or updates arose, they delivered the necessary materials within a day to maintain spontaneity and relevance. For our events, which often came with tight deadlines, they managed all deliverables on time without compromising quality.

What impressed us most was their ability to combine creativity with almost any topic or theme. They also quickly understood us and what our need are. They remained highly responsive which helped the working process go smoothly.

Overall, we were very satisfied with Impala’s work and commitment. If anything, the main area for improvement would be to further scale their team. This would enable them to take on even larger projects without losing the personalized attention and responsiveness we greatly appreciated. It would also give them more capacity to dive deeper into industry-specific projects like ours, where constant research and staying on top of industry news are essential.
