The company provides high quality English e-learning and sworn/certified translation services for medical, government, academic and financial purposes. I am the business founder and sole owner.

I hired Imagine Heroes to create a new, refreshed version of the company website.

What were your goals for this project?

The main goal of this project was to make the website good-looking, light, fast and SEO-friendly.

The project involved creating a tailor-made UX/UI design of the website and developing it from scratch using new technologies. Imagine heroes provided me with multiple options for the technological stack. In the end, we agreed upon using AMP HTML for the front end and Sanity.io for content management.

What was the team composition?

During the project, I worked closely with a UI/UX designer and a project manager. The implementation was performed by two software developers.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

As the previous version of the website was based on poorly maintained Wordpress installation me and my clients experienced great performance improvement. The biggest advantage of the stack Imagine Heroes used for the project is easy content management which allows me to freely edit the website without using services of a web developer.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The project was performed in three phases - UI/UX design, development and delivery. The design phase took one week. During that time I had regular, daily meetings with the designer and project manager do discuss changes and provide feedback.

After the design was finished Imagine Heroes developed the website in five weeks. The changes were presented to me every week. The delivery part was done in two days. The way Imagine Heroes conducted the project was very efficient and transparent.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Attention to detail, efficiency, and transparency. The most significant advantage of working with Imagine Heroes was reliability. They chose the right technological stack and delivered the project in upon-agreed time frames without additional costs.

Also, the communication and continuous presentation of the performed changes resulted in a stress-free process.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No, I haven't had any issues.

The main goal was to create an e-commerce platform, that have very good support for mobile devices, it's easy and convinient to use for our customers and works offline.

Imagine Heroes analysed my business niche, competition and client profile. We had a solid, formalised development backlog, based on functional and non-functional product requirements. After defining the project concept. The designer provided mock-ups, clickable prototypes and translated user stories into a visual interface. Thanks to that everything was on a professional level. In the next phase the application was developed. After they gave me excellent pixel mock-ups and I really liked them, they went to the development phase. The development work took in agile approach, which allowed me to observe the changes step by step.

The team consisted of two developers, a project manager and designer.

After the first tests of the application by our customers, we receive excellent feedback, we have increased our engagement rate, thanks to very good support for mobile devices.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The Imagine Heroes team presented me with an agile methodology that allowed us to react immediately to the smallest changes when they were needed and make our work efficient, predictable and valuable. Agile development went hand in hand with intense and high quality communication between me and the Imagine Heroes team. Clear visual presentations and timely internal reports made me aware of what work has been completed and is still ongoing. I loved this approach because I was always up to date.

They have excellent skills in project management and business analysis.

I’m CEO at Beauty Academy. We are one of the fastest-growing training facilities in the beauty industry, with people from all over Europe coming to our trainings.

We hired Imagine Heroes for creating an academy management platform. We needed a solution that is personalized for us, everything needed to be from scratch.

What were your goals for this project?

The main goals are to automate tasks related to the management of the academy. Such as finances, customers, employees, schedules, warehouse control, visit and purchase history, sending notifications to customers about visits or training.

How did you select this vendor?

We have been looking for a suitable software house for a very long time, we heard about Imagine Heroes from our business partners who worked with them that it is a very ambitious team that provides a modern and innovative solution in the business sphere. We wrote them a message and then the person representing the company came back to us quickly and the machine went off.

At the beginning of our cooperation, we had a lot of conversations about the direction in which we should go, the UX research helped us a lot, which determined the direction in which this application should go functionally and visually.

Everything was done from scratch in Imagine Heroes also after defining the requirements by us, after the research and design phase we got ready wireframes, and interactive mockups.

Then we moved on to the functional programming phase. Imagine Heroes provided us with ready-made functionalities every 2 weeks, then we were presented with a demo to which we had access afterward, which allowed us continuously to test and give feedback.

We work with a project manager, scrum master, software developers, UX/UI Designer.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Managing the academy has never been so easy as it is now, everything is in one place, the platform provided solved a lot of everyday problems.

From the level of the platform, I have easy access to the stock, calendar, efficient management of the staff schedule. Notification of customers about upcoming visits, keeping our customers' cards. Interactive dashboards where I have an insight into the finances of the academy and upcoming trainings and visits.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

From a management perspective, Imagine Heroes provided us with communication tools that help us to communicate. Every 2 weeks we met for a demo and sprint summary, everything was on time and according to the sprint.

For sure our future projects will be carried out together with Imagine Heroes, who made a huge impression on us in terms of tasks and communication.

Their understanding of our business requirements was incredible, which allowed us to achieve the desired results.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted solution that is fully reliable, flexible, maintainable, secure and very fast and should meet all the advantages of the progressive web application.

We cooperate with many vendors and we liked very much the vision of Imagine Heroes and the model of cooperation, as well as the focus on continuous development and a very strong emphasis on modern technologies in which we wanted to implement our project.

The project was divided into phases, in the first discovery phase I presented my requirements for the project, which allowed us to achieve a mutual understanding of the challenges and business goals. Then we moved on to the UX/UI phase, where I was provided with wireframes and interactive mock-ups, which made a huge impression on me. The actual production started in the third phase in the form of 2-week sprints, which allowed us to demonstrate the changes gradually. The functional versions were tested on a continuous basis and delivered to a test environment. After completion of all phases the project was ready to launch.

The project team includes Project manager, Product Owner, UX/UI designer and developers team.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Thanks to this project we have a growing customer base, the application works independently of the device, which was problematic in the past. Above all, many of the new functionalities, such as offline support, cheaper and easier scaling are very satisfactory.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We used Jira, Slack, Github to manage the project. In summary, the project management was very impressive, especially in comparison with other vendors. Their team regularly complied with the deadlines and communication went smoothly.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their knowledge and experience in custom software development and modern technologies were impressive.

During our cooperation, I did not notice anything that could be improved, everything went according to the arrangements.
