My Diet Professionals app serves as an invaluable sidekick in the pursuit of a healthy, balanced and diverse diet. Our app provides nutrition expertise and inspiration to ascend to new culinary heights. Its intuitive screen and modern design allow you to make the most of its remarkable capabilities.

These include composing a personalised diet based on your product preferences, booking a consultation with our esteemed nutritionists and conducting an appointment via video call. Your experience with our app starts with an easy-to-use wizard identifying foods you like, are allergic to, and any products you are not fond of or dislike.

Next, you view the presentation of the day's menu accompanied by recipes and photos, as well as information on the number of carbohydrates, protein and fats – if you do not fancy one of the recipes, the app promptly suggests other options. The app is available in a standard and premium package, which, among other things, enables you to have a personal consultation with a dietician through a video call. For what projects/services did your company hire Ilare Soft Sp. z o.o., and what were your goals?

We commissioned them to create a modern and easy-to-use mobile application with several screens and a consultation booking system.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Finding the suitable company was vital to us, so we conducted thorough research, reviewed existing projects and, after consultation, selected Ilare.

We held a series of meetings to discuss the app's objectives and features. Within a few weeks, they delivered the first version of the application, incorporated our comments and delivered the next version.

We worked with several specialists from various other fields to create an overall satisfactory product.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The app has garnered many downloads and positive feedback from users, who cited the ease and speed of use and the modern design as highlights.

The project managers were communicative, provided frequent updates, took our suggestions into account, and suggested better solutions based on their expertise. We were given a clear timetable and plan for their actions, which they followed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were impressed by their openness, creativity and integrity. They delighted us with their skills and knowledge of mobile app development and UX. They were eager to answer our questions and concerns and made us feel in control of the process.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Frankly, the whole process was conducted diligently, quickly and professionally, so we are hard pressed to find room for improvement.

I’m a recruitment manager for an employment agency.

What challenge were you trying to address with Grupa ilare Sp. z o.o?

We wanted a mobile application that would help us communicate with our clients and candidates and publish special job offers.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We described the specific features we wanted on the app. Grupa ilare developed it only for Android devices, consulting with us at every step of the project. We could check every functionality as it became ready to use. It was an agile approach. We developed the product together, with constant collaboration and contact. We were really happy with the collaboration with this company.

What is the team composition?

There was a project manager on Grupa ilare’s side, who was the main point of contact for us. I’m not sure how many people their project team included.

How did you come to work with Grupa ilare Sp. z o.o?

The main thing that convinced us to collaborate with them was their approach to client services. They were in constant contact with us, updating us every day at every step of the project. We could check at every stage to see if the product was good for us.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Grupa ilare in June 2019, and the app was ready by the end of November.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The main success point was deploying the app to our clients and candidates. It’s currently being used by 1,000 candidates and most of our clients. We’ve received feedback that it helps clients communicate with us, and candidates are happy about new job notifications and being able to update their résumés whenever they want. Their feedback is the main factor by which we can estimate the app’s success.

How did Grupa ilare Sp. z o.o perform from a project management standpoint?

We were in constant contact, and the timelines were respected. We had update calls every day, and everything was in accordance with the project management methodology.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I can’t remember right now. We’ll definitely consider them if we have anything new to develop.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I’m not sure. Everything was good for me, and I don’t have any constructive feedback for them. 

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

I would definitely recommend getting in contact with them for a discussion. They have a really proactive and individual approach to clients. Clients should ask for a plan and an estimate and discuss the project with them. They’re open to negotiations.
