In addition to social media, Ikana did a great job with our website and blog maintenance and ensuring smooth operations. They also managed our email messaging effectively, creating well-crafted automated email sequences and campaigns.

They went above and beyond to design and translate all of the content into Arabic to ensure it resonated with my target audience. Their dedication to understanding and meeting our cultural and linguistic requirements is truly remarkable, and it has made our collaboration smooth and effective.

We hired Ikana Business Solutions because we wanted to build a digital presence for our organization that was trustworthy, consistent, and in sync with our values and work. We went for their Go Organic plan.

Ikana started by creating a marketing strategy document and a Marketing Execution Roadmap to lay down a 6-month plan for us to increase walk-ins and build our online reputation. An important input here was the market positioning that the team came up with to deal with the dilution of our brand name by unavoidable attrition.

Ikana created all the digital content right from images, videos, and copy for social media- Instagram, Facebook, and our website. The project included complete social media management of all accounts. We get the most leads from Google so the project involved optimization of our website and Google My Business listings for increasing traffic and to enhance local discovery. 

The key deliverables were:

• Marketing Strategy and Positioning Document
• Marketing Execution Roadmap
• Social media content creation- graphics, videos, testimonials, etc.
• Social media management
• SEO content creation
• SEO optimization (on page, off page and technical SEO)

• Ikana helped us rank in the first 5 listings for 12 primary department keywords 
• We saw a jump in our website traffic, especially for our Cardiology, Gynaecology, and Trauma care units by over 40% compared to our previous traffic.
• The website optimization also led to better conversion rates on "Booking Appointments" via the website and phone calls nearly two-fold.
• Our social media accounts are now active and have 10 times more engagement and interaction from our audience.
• The total number of interactions from our search results also went up. We have 1.5 times more people asking for directions, 3 times more people calling us, we have activated our messaging features and are able to connect with people directly for their queries.
• We increased the visibility of our offers and packages 5 times because of the increased reach and attention on our listings and Google.

Communication was perfect-one of the things that I was impressed by during the entire length of the project. The team was prompt and available whenever we needed them or had any inputs and doubts. We were designated a team lead and he was excellent at understanding our needs, and communicating and getting the right deliverables on time. 

The team was calm, prompt and always ready for brainstorming when we were unable to provide information from our end. They also handled the specific requirements for the heathcare industry in India regarding advertising very well and were always open to feedback and executing it. Our feedback was always heard by the team.

Result-driven. 

Their main focus is on helping your business grow and they approached the project in the same way too. I hadn't just hired a marketing agency, I had added a wing to my organization focused on helping my business grow. Their pricing model also reflected this mindset and I was thoroughly impressed.

The team was focused on bringing real value and therefore was always working on things that would bring an impact an our traffic and our brand image. They are very hands-on, filled with great ideas, and are good at what they do. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Ikana Business Solutions could have done differently?

Yes, I think there's always a scope for improvement. 

Ikana focused a lot on strategy and positioning at the starting of the engagement and therefore, there weren't any immediate deliverables after the initiation of the project. Later I came to realize the importance of the market positioning and research they conducted as our entire marketing effort was according to the new market positioning.

I advised Ikana to explain this part of the process in more detail so that we could have understood its importance and not caused any hindrance in their research work. That being said, we did inform our project manager about this, and the process was comprehensively conveyed to us by him. So no harm done.
