IGNIT Group undertook the development of a secure mobile application and an API-based backend system tailored for the B2G sector on behalf of QUS BODY CONNECTED. The project involved several key components, each important to the overall functionality and security of the system.

Mobile Application Development:

• Platform: The application was developed for the Android platform.
• Security: Emphasis was placed on creating a secure environment for sensitive data, implementing robust encryption and authentication mechanisms to protect user information and data transmission.
• Bluetooth integration: The mobile app was designed to interface with multiple BLE devices. These devices collect and transmit data through the app to the backend system, ensuring seamless and accurate data collection.

Real-Time API-Based Backend System:

• Data processing and storage: The backend system was built to handle real-time data sent from the mobile application. It processes the incoming data, stores it securely, and manages it efficiently to ensure quick retrieval and analysis.
• Data forwarding: Once processed, the data is forwarded to various predefined endpoints. This involves transforming the data into appropriate formats required by different systems and ensuring reliable and timely delivery.

I hired Ignit Group to develop a digital app and a back-end architecture for a new product category in our company. Our goal was to streamline our operations and improve the user experience for our customers by providing them with a modern and efficient platform.

I can't share yet since we are still in the testing phase but so far everything has been delivered in due time with expected quality.

I can say that Ignit Group's project management style was professional and effective. They used a combination of project management tools, such as Jira and Teams, to keep us informed about the progress of the project and to ensure that all stakeholders were on the same page. The team was responsive and always available to answer any questions we had, which helped to keep the project running smoothly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I found several things, the most important for me was their ability to merge within the broader team and to be part of it. next to that: Technical expertise: The team at Ignit Group has a deep understanding of the latest technology and software development trends, which allowed them to provide us with a customized solution that was tailored to our specific needs. Customer-focused: The team at Ignit Group was extremely customer-focused, always putting our needs first. They listened to our concerns, provided solutions, and went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied with the results.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

like any project, there is always room for improvement. one area where Ignit Group could improve include: Greater focus on testing: More comprehensive testing during the development phase could have helped to identify and resolve any issues before the deployment phase, reducing the risk of post-deployment problems.

I`m the R&D leader for a multinational consumer goods company, coordinating all R&D activities for our various fiields of business.

We hired Ignit for coordinating the development of our global IoT platform, which serves as the fundament for all our connected appliances. Ignit delivered the concept, the architecture and coordinates the realization as well as maintenance, both upstream as well as consumer facing elements of the platform.

The project encopassed building a full IoT platform for our connected consumer appliances, including coordination of design of the solution, selection of components, definition of the architecture, building, testing and releasing the solution as well as coordinating the operation and further development. Ignit has worked closely with several partners and suppliers to ensure the solution was delivered in time, with high quality and at the agreed cost.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Ignit delivered the platform's initial release as agreed, with very high quality results. All acceptance, security and interoperability tests were passed with success and the platform went live as expected.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Cooperation was very effective and easy. Ignit was always accessible and pro-active, supporting us with in-depth information and regular updates about progress via video calls and jour fixe meetings as well as ad-hoc if requested.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The excellent knowledge of the company and the down to earth attitude made it a real pleasure to work with Ignit. The results prove that the team knows what they're doing and that they are very organized and professionally managed.
