Are there any areas for improvement or something Ighty Support could have done differently?

The project went very smoothly overall. The only suggestion would be to provide more frequent post-installation check-ins, though their remote support has been very responsive.

They installed 20 cables in the whole facility and setup 31 workstation. Installed application software and firewall. Data back up for future use.

• 31 Workstation, 25 meter 20 Cables 
• All pcs are working fine 
• No issues found till date.

They delivered cable installation before time to be exact 2 days earlier and setup the workstation took enough time, But all work done in the timeline
