What challenge were you trying to address with iGeeks?

We hired iGeeks to help us build a website for our company on Shopify.

What was the scope of their involvement?

iGeeks is building our e-commerce website from scratch; we wanted a modern type platform, and they are doing just that by making something different from other websites. They are also helping us with our company's social media marketing campaign; we provide them with the content they need for social media marketing.

What is the team composition?

We're working mainly with one member of their team.

How did you come to work with iGeeks?

We went on Shopify, and they had a lot of professional builders. We strolled out and found iGeeks, who seemed professional, so we chose them.

How much have you invested with them?

So far, we have spent about $3,000 on the project.

What is the status of the engagement?

We started working with them in June 2022, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The quality of their work seems very good right now and professional. Although the project isn't finished, we are satisfied with what we see now.

How did iGeeks perform from a project management standpoint?

So far, it seems like they're going to meet the deadlines. Regarding tools, we communicate mainly through Zoom, phone calls, and emails.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They're very patient and listen to our needs and wants — whatever we ask, they take care of it.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don't think there's anything they can improve on now; they're doing a great job.

Any advice for potential customers?

Call them and let them know what you want — their team will get on it immediately.
