Cyrkl App - Waste 2 Resource Marketplace
Waste and unnecessary production are destroying our planet. Circular economics gives a second life to things and materials that would otherwise end up as waste. This helps not only to reduce the amount of waste itself, but also the amount of CO2 produced or total manufacturing production. It is a circle that solves several of our environmental problems at once, and we at iDevBand are happy to be able to participate in projects in this area. Cyrkl is a leader in waste management in Central Europe. Cyrkl has had a waste marketplace platform for a year, but it has some shortcomings - such as the absence of notifications or unreliable messaging. That is why we have developed a mobile application for Cyrkl, which not only brings the possibility of notification thus making communication and messaging much easier, but also, for example, allows you to take photos and add photos of waste directly in the app. We developed the Cyrkl App with the idea of a circular economy in mind. The development of the application took place in a multi-platform solution React Native, which, using one code, enables the assembly of an application for several platforms and thus significantly saves resources and energy expended. The application itself simplifies the existing Cyrkl platform, transfers it to mobile devices and at the same time adds new features, such as the ability to take photos for advertising directly in the application, notifications, or simplified chat and messaging within the platform.

Our application works as a mobile health card in the phone. In its development, we relied primarily on the recent trend - namely user-centric experience.
The product created by us motivates patients to take a more active interest in their health and to pay more attention to prevention. For example, when recommending a specific examination, it takes into account information from the family history of diseases, previous illnesses, or the results of previous examinations.
In addition to the created prevention system, we have also introduced patient education into the application. In addition to helping to address the needs of patients, our application also streamlines work for physicians (eg organizing visits or telemedicine).
We have developed this application for the MojeAmbulance (the leader of general practitioner services in Czech Republic) and the app is helping tens of thousands of clients with general practitioner services every day. ?

Shifter - Shift Calendar
About
Application was born inside iDevBand company in 2016 as an internal project.
The application simply works like a shift calendar and is much easier for the end user to use than other shift applications. Instead of entering shifts one by one, the user just enters his company name and that's it. We have hundreds of companies in the database from the Czech Republic, Europe, but also the rest of the world, and we have been growing exponentially for a long time. Šichtovník has hundreds of ratings on the AppStore with an average approaching 5 stars and is regularly ranked in the top applications in terms of productivity. We are currently working on a new version, which will be almost a turning point compared to the current one. It will offer a back-end, a completely new design, a significant simplification of the application and the addition of companies, as well as new functions.

SUPER SIMPLIFY TAKEAWAY OPTION FOR YOUR RESTAURANT
Startup Storyous supplies Kasa cash register systems for gastronomy. It has customers in the Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, and Spain. In the Czech Republic alone, there are three thousand companies, and the cash register system thus processes 10% of the turnover in domestic gastronomy.
CHALLENGE
Storyous approached us with a request to create a separate application that would make it easier and simpler to order food to take with you. That is, to connect products to their cash register system, with the help of which the restaurant customer would order and pick up the food with him with an emphasis on simplicity, comfort, and clarity of all parties involved.
OUR SOLUTION
Therefore, our system was to solve a simple and easy way to place an order, pass information to the chef and staff, and ensure payment in advance. The Kasa system is intended for gastronomy and our applications for their customers. Owing to it, orders will be dealt with in a more effective way, simplified and more efficient processing.
RESULTS
Thanks to the connection to the system, the customer can see in the application in real-time what dishes are currently available, whether the restaurant offers a form of take-away or not (restaurants have the option to temporarily - for example at peak times - turn this option off). When ordering, the customer can choose at what time to pick up the food, and with our solution pay immediately when ordering conveniently from their phones.

Discidius
Discidius came up with a great solution to increase the quality and effectiveness of customer care teams and call centers. We brought their idea to life.
OUR SOLUTION
The development of an automatic solution for quality control of telephone calls was preceded by meetings with owners or leasers of call centers, team leaders and people from HR, where they deal with customer care and sales. With them, we were trying to find out how problematic quality control is for them and what the current solution looks like etc. When checking the quality of telephone calls, we found out that the team leader is only able to listen to only about 1% of all calls from the operator. It is not possible to draw any relevant conclusions from this. We use third-party technology to recognize emotions by analyzing sound and transcription tools to create automated tools for verifying and controlling call quality. Thanks to this, we are able to detect emotions during a conversation, we know how people react to certain specific words or sentences, whether the operator follows the set scenario, speaks clearly, or even whether he/she understands a specific issue. The information obtained in this way can then be selected in various ways, certain patterns and contexts can be searched in them.
Our solution is tailored for clients so that they can define for themselves what they are interested in when checking calls, what they want to know or find out. Our software can therefore test all calls in a certain period of time and highlight the ones that team leaders or call center managers should look at, respectively - to listen to. As a result, they can use the time saved for activities other than listening to calls. Currently, our solution is actively sold in London and further offered to other call centers.

For this project, they were developing both the front- and backend. They are not just our programmers or developers, so they also focus on the product and find a way to sell it.
