Ben created a set of brand guidelines for my business, a positioning statement and mission and vision statement, my business logo and social media icon, as well as other brand assets. He advised on colour palettes and fonts, photography and website design. I have already started using all of these assets to promote my business and have received very positive feedback.

The Canine genetics Centre had reached the end of a long standing funding arrangement and wanted to re-brand, which would incorporate the new company name. So we needed a new brand identity design which we hoped would reflect the work that we carry out and to appeal to new funding bodies. Ben at The Identity Bureau took us through a workshop to understand our objectives. The brand concepts were presented to us in a online presentation which showed our brand identity concepts in a real world context. The deliverables were: Brand Strategy Workshop - This was a face to face meeting that looked at our current branding (or lack of), who we were seeking to attract (new funders) and how we wanted the brand identity to be percieved. Brand identity design - Ben developed our brand identity design, including logo, colour schemes and suggest typefaces for us to use. He also designed a brochure and several promotional posters for our new brand. He also created comprehensive brand guidelines for the whole team to use so that we were consistent in all projects and forms of communication (eg. Leaflets, presentations etc.)

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Our re-brand was received extremely well by all of our contacts and garnered a lot of attention, strenthening our brand awareness. The rebrand gave our marketers a solid foundation to create branded collateral going forward and aligned our brand objectives internally within our department.

The project was required on a fairly tight schedule and Ben was able to deliver the project in a timely manner. We were kept informed of the progress and all enquiries were dealt with promptly. We received the overall finished re-brand within the desired time scale and so were extremely pleased.

A brand that we are in love with was developed. Going into the project i did not have a vision of what i wanted for our CPA firm. Through Ben's vast industry knowledge, internal brand guidelines and workshop, and numerous discussions we were able to navigate our way to a brand and a brand identity that we are very proud of.

I worked with Ben from the United States - we spent a lot of time working through zoom and email. He was regularly responsive, communicated well and frequently, and adhered to the project deadline at the start.

Ben and his company did not allow us to settle. This is a tough thing to do in the branding industry because it often involves having to tell your clients to work hard and push harder. Ben did a great job of this and did not allow me to settle for something that i was not in love with.

Nothing particular comes to mind. Ben's process was awesome and we enjoyed every step.

We wanted an agency that had previous experience in our industry. We decided to select Prosper because of their experience in our industry, and the helpful content that the company produced. Also, the owner of the company was responsive.

Discovery stage, questionnaire stage to get a sense of our branding and what we were looking for. Assistance with business name. We were presented with three logos and the rationale for each. Then we worked on colours and font. After this was finalized, Prosper created a brand guideline, and provided us with the logo in various file formats. The website development happened next, with mock-ups of the home page and an example of the other pages. We reviewed the copywriting and were allowed a couple revisions. After the website was complete, we received a video from the owner explaining how to post blogs and make other changes that were within our capabilities.
