For our internal change release management and site reliability operations, we curated a need for the development of new modules as per the current standards following ultimate compliance and security protocols. For such development, we searched for a software development company with cyber security in their background to evident their footprint in both domains.

Upon our research for local software development firms, we found Ideators as a prominent name having expertise in both custom software programming and cyber security solutions. Upon inquiring, we found this company to be well-versed in the backbone framework of our systems. Since we decided to proceed with the project with Ideators.

As the project continued, we observed major breakthroughs in the progress and performance of our modules, and the deliverables were meeting our expectations. The standards we asked for were met and fulfilled by Ideators during the complete lifecycle of their development.

We practice the Waterfall project management style whereas Ideators had Agile practice in their projects, so we had a little conflict in managing things in the beginning but later on it was resolved. It turned out they were quite efficient and adaptable to new environments.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Working with Ideators was a great learning experience for our entire team. We learned multiple skills and met tight deadlines. So I think agility is the best thing to appreciate their efforts.

Our recruitment department for Manufacturing Unit was in search of dedicated software engineers and programmers for months but still, we were not able to bring a team onboard, specifically as per our requirement and talent demand. After being recommended Ideators by one of our peers (a firm in the Xerox family), we decided to take their insights and services overview and see how they can be helpful.

How did you select this agency and what were the deciding factors?
The primary reason for the selection of this service provider was their previous work and reference in our peer company. The other reasons involve the availability of the desired resources, long-term commitments, and flexible agreements to tailor our requirements at any stage of the contract. Their overall work and experience seem to be quite competitive and demonstrated their excellence in their skill and servicing.

We initiated the project with a project briefing meeting session with our internal stakeholders (all bodies involved who could be part of the project, directly or indirectly). This phase lasted for around a week, followed by a Services Requirement, and Budgeting Session, held by Ideators after they collected our insights and business requirements. Once we had the set of requirements on the table, we got the number of software engineers required for the team building to carry out our project.

After we decided on the number and structure of the software engineer's team, we quickly reviewed the portfolios and profiles of some existing software engineers, who were ready or soon to be augmented in our project. The quick observations and results were better and later on, we took a brief review of overall progress. It was found that they were managing the project easily and trouble-free without involving any confusion or roadblocks in the work. As the project is going on, we are happy to see their performance, responsiveness, and domain knowledge which is helping a huge in our work.

There is a very streamlined and open workflow followed by Ideators and all their team members. They use to keep things simple without indulging in any time-wasting approaches. Their agile approach to doing tasks significantly reduces the workload and pressure.
