I am the CEO of Calabash Asset Management LLC ("Calabash") Calabash is a sector agnostic, actively managed US domestic fund which uses quantitative directional techniques to analyze current and historical price data seeking to ascertain information about future price movement.

The fund continuously scans several sources seeking to exploit new information that has not been fully, completely or accurately discounted into current security prices.

Create and design an informative user friendly set of pages for the website for Calabash Asset Management (www.calabashAsset.com). These pages are for Institutional investors as the target audience.

What were your goals for this project?

Create a set of pages that would increase website traffic by 30% and engagement by 50%

The purpose of this project is to create a website for an investment advisory firm (Calabash Asset Management LLC). The requirements for the website are listed below. When clients log in they will access their account through the Interactive Brokers portal www.interactivebrokers.com . The we

bsite will be similar in look and feel to www.betterment.com Designer Instructions: Create a home page that is similar to the look and feel of betterment.com. The client will provide the images and text for the home page. The homepage will also have a set of interview survey questions (similar to betterment).

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were successful in launching the project on time. We were agile in the development and had a series of successful sprints. In the end we were happy with the outcome

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow process was very efficient. We had access to the project manager at all times and he was extremely responsive. This was a total success with respect to the immediate feedback from the project manager.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The accessibility, engagement, immediate feed-back and response were impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Translation of some requirements may need some improvement - however the sprints mitigated some of that problem. We had to change a few design concepts for the look and feel of the site.

iByte Infomatics have worked on numerous projects including Social Engine, Drupal 7, Drupal 8, Wordpress, React, Laravel, CSS, HTML, JS and PHP. These projects included development of full sites, development of plug-ins and customisations for web frameworks, and development of complex React based user interfaces.

What were your goals for this project?

Goals for projects involved creating user friendly user interfaces, providing project customisations to provide bespoke functionality.

How did you select this vendor?

Originally I selected this vendor using an online job board. iByte Infomatics immediately impressed me with their communication skills, and managed to demonstrate a clear grasp of the project and issues. iByte Infomatics also impressed me with their integrity. They were successful on this original project and I have used them extensively on numerous subsequent projects.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

iByte Infomatics work closely with our own team of developers and are an integrate part of the team. iByte Infomatics provide specialist competency in some areas, such as React, Laravel, Wordpress development and supplement the other skills within the team.

What was the team composition?

The team composition depended on the projects being undertaken. For smaller projects iByte Infomatics would perform all development but in larger projects they were part of a larger team of around 10 developers.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

iByte Infomatics have been pivotal to the success of our project work. They have competency in specialist technical areas and have been able to get up-to-speed very quickly. They are extremely easy to work with and they integrate with our project team effortlessly using Slack and using other project tools. They are extremely quick and responsive.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Project organisation involved distributed teams using messaging (Slack) for moment by moment communication, Kanban tools (e.g. Trello) for managing individual issues and periodic video conferencing for team meetings. We've found iByte Infomatics communication to be very effective and responsive and I expect to continue working with them in this capacity.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

iByte Infomatics have the following strengths: - Good communication skills in English - Able to pick up complex technologies with ease - Very quick and responsive communication and task delivery - Good pricing - Integrate extremely well with our own project team

Are there any areas for improvement?

I found iByte Infomatics very effective providing software architectural and software development services. We have always worked with them with our own project management team. Therefore, we have not experience of having working with their own project management, if this is a service they provide.

For what projects/services did your company hire iByte Infomatics?

We needed some custom coding for increased functionality for an international addiction resource directory. We needed to install an availability plugin allowing listing owners to display their daily availability increasing site usability and experience.

What were your goals for this project?

To have a plugin coded and designed to match with our existing theme and website. To have a flawless system incorporated into our website which I was told was not possible by several other companies.

How did you select this vendor?

I found this company based on interviewing over a dozen other well-known companies. Sukhmander and his team were by far the most knowledgable candidates and highly skilled.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

They designed, tested, and implemented a custom plugin that I was told could not be made, they did this with amazing professionalism, skill, and on budget.

What was the team composition?

I worked directly with Sukhmander but also had contact with two of his other colleagues, all of which were skilled, polite, enthusiastic and a pleasure to work with.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The work done was excellent in every way. The system implemented enabled us to gain more contracts and increase revenue. The team, iByte were the best I have worked with and will again.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The whole project from start to finish was outstanding. Communication was fantastic and the team was always available. 10/10

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I cannot single out one thing as my whole experience as excellent. The work was excellent, the communication, availability to discuss options all excellent.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Absolutely not, 10/10 on every aspect of my project from beginning to end.
