IBN Tech does all of the back end accounting which entails reviewing daily transactions, closing the books each month using bank statements for each entity they manage, and trueing up accruals at the end of each quarter.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Our project is currently ongoing. The team at IBN tech is highly competent and does an excellent job with reviewing transactions from over 15 entities on a daily basis. They are highly responsive and reach out with clarifying questions when there are new or unfamiliar transactions. The team is very familiar with QBO and is able to make suggestions or clarify certain issues with some of our more complex accounting.

Our IBN Tech team responds very quickly and is quick to reach out for clarification should there be a question or unfamiliar situation. We have been very happy with the team in this area.

The most impressive quality of IBN Tech is the consistency at which the team performs. They work hard, and we do not have to worry about action items slipping through. The team is also very amenable to last minute fixes that need to be made for our monthly presentations, which has been hugely helpful on more than one occasion.
Are there any areas for improvement or something IBN Technologies LLC could have done differently?
Early on, we had asked that the team reach out for new or confusing transactions. They have since taken this to heart and make a concerted effort to ensure all transactions are classified properly. We are very happy with the service they provide us.
