Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the Center Manager and offering education services to K-12 students, established on the 21st of May 2019 in the Philippines by its CEO and President who aims to develop people and contribute to society through education. We have 45 years of tradition of fostering the growth of each and every student Children absorb a lot of information every day at a speed unimaginable to adults. It is greatly affected by their desire to “want to know,” which is their will to learn.

For what projects/services did your company hire i-cube Digital Solutions, and what were your goals?

After the pandemic hits, we really have to transition from face-to-face classes to online so we are planning to improve our website of course to improve the traffics that we have and the increase that we're going to receive and as well as our CRM or our educational management system where the student's parents as well as our teachers and admins can access and see the development of each student that we have and also put the payments tracking of the textbooks delivered and every in and out from the company.

After analyzing our needs we proceed to look for the right people and partners to help us. After our initial meeting, they explain what they can do then we decided to choose them based on their expertise and cost estimate.

After several kickoff meetings with them discussing our goals and objectives the team delivered mockups and wireframes for our site then after a few iterations they designed and developed an informational WordPress site which we provided also some contents and they updated the content to reflect our company services and created a landing page they content form as well as starting creating the educational system where we are going to put every piece of information and the parents as well as the teachers and our admin teams can access.

Their IT manager was our main point of contact throughout the process and also we have good communication also with their WordPress developer during the first phase of the project we have this communication with their web designer and all the people, they have a total of 3 people working behind the project.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching our site we had an increase of 60% in traffic and our incoming leads also tripled from that month onwards we have very smoothly in and out the information using the CRM from the parent portal perspective and our admins and teachers perspective we have a very smooth process already.

The good thing about their project management style is that we have a weekly alignment meeting in which we discuss what we could improve and what ideas and how we resolve our problems with the website as well as the CRM that we are using and when it turns out when it talks about communications they are very responsive we're using the LINE app for the main platform from communication and when we are requested for sudden meetings they are very responsive and quick to schedule it.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive or unique about this company is they are very efficient and all of the people that we worked with are very professional and highly skilled in their fields their sense of urgency is very good we set a time frame for this project and they are very professional and efficient and so they can handle the timeline uh ahead of the stipulated duration or time.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

When we first launched both the website and the CRM or the educational system we encountered some minor problems with the website there are like the late loading of the website and also the contact form is not that good, for the CRM that they built we have problems with the information that was transferred into the system from the website inquiry so maybe that could be done before we launch maybe they could do multiple testing first I know they did I but I guess that can be improved.

As a startup company, we really don't have any website yet, and as our business grows, we plan to create a website that can help our future prospects or clients determine and also see what our services are, so we decided to build a website, we plan for this with my colleagues, and we really don't know where to start, and that's when one of our most of our clients we asked if they had any recommendations, and one of our clients recommended i-cube digital solutions to help.

We were initially hesitant because we didn't know their background, but after reviewing their website, we discovered that they have a very good portfolio and that the majority of their clients are actually overseas, but they also have local clients, and they're respectable companies, so we decided to contact them and schedule the meeting, and we presented our goals, plans, and visions on this website, so they gave us about two weeks to create the design of this website.

One of the major reasons why we chose and decided on getting a contract with i-cube is because we trust them and know that they will not recommend certain companies that are not helpful when it comes to our business perspective, and of course their portfolio, which is one of the major reasons why we chose them to handle this project.

So once we finalized everything, we presented them with our goals, plans, and visions for this website, and they gave us two weeks for planning and design, which is the first week of work, and after that, there are like some problems and they revised that we do some revisions, and of course, if they have their own idea, they can inject that they we gave them the full liberty to insert or inject their ideas in the blanks, and after that,

If I'm not mistaken, there were four of them working on this project: one is the UI UX designer, one is a WordPress developer, one is a full stack developer, and one is the project manager, who always communicates and updates us on what's going on and the progress of this particular project.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We were able to launch the website ahead of schedule, though there were some delays with the planning and design, but everything was launched smoothly within a month and two weeks, despite the fact that our plan was to launch this website for like two months, but they really did a good job or excellent job in creating this project or website much earlier. They are very efficient and professional.

They are easy to communicate with, even when we request a sudden meeting in progress we board, even though we have this weekly alignment meeting with them but they are really like very professional they really want us to be updated in every step of the project which is really good and most of the communication comes with their project manager which is good that they have this specific person assigned to communicate and update us.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are very efficient, and all of the people involved in this specific project are professionals. They have a method that they follow that is very effective, and they can deliver projects ahead of schedule, which is very good.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I guess the own problem or saying that I want them to improve is they need to be more open if they have ideas that they want to incorporate with their client's idea to avoid delays and more revisions in the latter part.

We are looking for an IT Compnay that can help us develop and maintain our website and on eof our client recommended Icube.

We requested them to create a website for our company, do the integrations across different platforms and do the maintenance. They really have an incredibly good service, that's why we made another collaboration with them in creating a mobile app and they are the ones who maintain it as well up until today.

Their IT Manager is our point of contact but we also a communication with the developers assigned to this project.

They are very efficient and deliver world-class service. Highly recommended!

We have a very smooth comminication with them and they were able to address all our concerns and request.
