The project scope was extensive, encompassing the development of a robust web and mobile system designed for efficient ticket and event management. The primary goal was to create a platform that could handle the entire lifecycle of event management, from ticket generation to post-event analytics. The system needed to be versatile enough to manage various aspects of event operations, including ticket sales, entry management, and on-site consumption handling.

One of the key deliverables was the implementation of a QR code generation system for tickets, integrated directly into the mobile application. This feature allowed for seamless and quick entry processes, significantly reducing wait times and improving overall attendee experience. Additionally, the mobile app included a QR code scanner, enabling on-the-spot verification of tickets and simplifying the check-in process.

Another major deliverable was the creation of a feature that allowed for the generation of generic links for group ticketing. This was particularly useful for events where large groups needed to be managed efficiently. The system also included a specialized module for the division of sales by bars, catering to events that outsourced their beverage sales. This functionality ensured that each bar's transactions were accurately tracked and reported, providing a clear breakdown of sales data.

Finally, the project included the development of comprehensive data management tools. These tools provided detailed statistics and reports on various aspects of the event, such as ticket sales, attendee demographics, and consumption patterns. The system also featured robust user management capabilities, allowing administrators to manage user accounts and permissions effectively. 

Additionally, a secure payment processing system was implemented, covering everything from ticket purchases to on-site transactions, ensuring that all financial data was accurately recorded and securely handled.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project delivered measurable outcomes that significantly improved event management processes. One of the key successes was the reduction in entry processing times, thanks to the QR code ticketing system and integrated mobile scanner. This streamlined check-in, enhancing the overall attendee experience and enabling organizers to manage larger crowds more efficiently.

Ticket sales also saw a notable increase, particularly with the introduction of the group ticketing feature, which made it easier for large parties to purchase and manage tickets. This attracted more attendees and expanded the event’s reach.

The data management tools provided valuable insights into ticket sales, user demographics, and on-site consumption, allowing organizers to make informed decisions and optimize future events. Additionally, the secure payment system reduced financial discrepancies and bolstered trust among attendees, ensuring a reliable and transparent experience.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Hyract could have done differently?

While our experience with Hyract was overwhelmingly positive, there is always room for improvement. One area for slight enhancement could be in the documentation provided at the end of the project. While the documentation was thorough and well-organized, a more detailed guide or tutorial on some of the more complex features would have been helpful for our team during the initial handover. 

This is a minor point, though, and it didn’t detract from the overall quality of their work or the success of the project. Hyract's dedication to delivering a high-quality product and their exceptional project management far outweighed this small area for improvement.

The project consisted on developing a robotic arm that could carry a Rugby ball into the court for one of the most relevant matches in the history of the uruguaian Rugby.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Correct operation of the robot designed in senior team matches against Scotland. The project was concieved and developed in record time, with a strong proactive aproach of the hyract team members. They also have successfully collaborated with outsourced companies, keeping the utmost  professionalism.

They always kept their tasks into the the dates stablished at the calendary. They where flexible to adjust dates and always had great readiness.
