How did you select this vendor?
I saw Hypno's work on Instagram and reached out to their founder, Fernando. Their portfolio was so good that it actually inspired us to do the project in the first place. We reached out to other vendors who might be able to help us, but none seemed as interested or talented as Hypno was.
Describe the video(s) and the process in detail.
We’d defined our brand guidelines, audience, creative strategy and media selection, and Hypno brought these items to life by working hard to understand our business, its strengths, and its challenges. They were also very careful about the brand - it had been established via detailed brand guidelines, but had not been animated. He found ways to create beautiful work that was on target and on brand. He then repurposed the content into several different pieces of media, and in the end, delivered dozens of videos.
What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?
Hypno was willing to do what it took to produce great work. The content creation process took longer than expected, but they were flexible yet firm, making sure we kept moving things ahead to make our deadlines. We spoke several times a week, sometimes for over an hour each time, to ensure that each detail was handled accurately.
