Hyperzon handles all my day to day Amazon work: from optimizing listings and images, creating A+ content, amazon PPC, providing inventory forecasts, and monthly reporting and even handling any issues that come up with Amazon support.

I can see increases in rankings for many keywords that I haven't been able to rank well for, and year over year increase in sales performance (revenue).

We have a biweekly meeting, everything I need is in a Google sheet, they are organized and always keeping track of what they are working on next, and what to improve. They've been very good at creating and sticking to a plan, especially around holidays when things are really busy.

I really love working with Viki. She's honest, organized, understands what's required and I never feel like she's trying to upsell me. If she has an idea for a campaign or discounting, she always comes with all the information I need to make an informed decision on next steps. This is SO valuable, and has saved me so much mental work.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Hyperzon could have done differently?

It hasn't been long enough. I think once we have a year behind us, we'll be able to start seeing year over year performance and I will have a better idea on which campaigns do better than others.

I am the owner of the company and in charge of everything. I have no employees I use agencies and freelancers to run the business.

Hyperzon managed my Amazon account, and also re-branded one of my brands. They managed all aspects of the Amazon account, including listing creation, PPC, and marketing. My goal was to grow out business and we doubled in size during our time with Hyperzon.

I was referred to them by another freelancer who recommended them for my type of Amazon centric business.

Hyperzon used many tools to accomplish their goals, they have a great design time who elevated our brand by providing a professional logo and complete brand book with fonts, brand colors and mock ups. We still use this design today.

Hyperzon has a great staff, we had two account managers during our time with them, they were very professional and easy to work with. Hyperzon presented weekly reports to us in a clear and useful way, they also helped with all aspects of the business including our website design, product photography, running contests and other tasks we gave them.

They always seem to be testing new software tools and staying on top of developments in the ecommerce space.

I don't know how many people worked on our account behind the scenes. We interface with one account manager, and they talked to the appropriate team experts to get the work done, then they give us the results.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our brand looks more professional as a result of our collaboration with Hyperzon. When auditing their listing creation we saw high quality results on their keyword selection and SEO. In general our revenue grew 100% as a result of working with Hyperzon, and the freedom of handing off the bulk of our operation allowed the company to pursue other ventures.

Very punctual, they never missed a meeting, when my account manager was out there was always someone else ready to meet with me. Their data is presented in a clean and organized fashion, they use a lot of sophisticated tools to accumulate and decipher a large amount of data points for us.

We then meet and use the data to generate goals for our business. They are also open to testing new ideas and it felt like a collaborative team working towards the same goal. They felt like part of our company.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

How versatile and quick they are. They are very open to ideas and not afraid to try new things or explore new tools or software that I found doing my own research. It feels like they are able to customize processes as needed to get you the results you want.

I think during my time there they were still building up their PPC team, I could've used more help with the PPC

Multiple ongoing projects. For example, in the past few weeks we have worked together on editing two Amazon listings image content based on surveys run and consumer feedback, on creating storefront pages for new Amazon listings, creating EBC for new Amazon listings and more.

I confer with two members of the team who delegate and communicate with the rest of their team members

They caught on to the brand theme right away and almost always projects are delivered on the first round very well done. When changes are needed, it is easy to communicate that and work together to get the desired results.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective. We communicate via slack channel with myself and the two point of contacts. I submit projects easily there and they respond with any questions and estimated due dates. Loom videos are frequently used to design project details and makes up for not working face to face. If more communication is needed, it is easy to set up weekly calls to discuss statuses on all open projects and any questions.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The value that we get - multiple designers are always available for ongoing needs and the varied work they do is amazing for the investment.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

For my team, they do not specialize in immediate turn-around projects (i.e projects that can be done within 24 hours or less)
