I’m Flow's growth and client partner. We’re a property technology (PropTech) company, taking listing data and changing from global listing format to target apps on social media such as Facebook and Instagram. We help automate digital marketing for the real estate industry.

It’s difficult to give performance metrics at this point. We’ve given them targets such as app downloads. In terms of what we’ve done so far, we’re super happy with Hype Digital. They plugged themselves into our team, and treat us as a priority. The strategies they’ve produced so far are great and above standard.

How did Hype Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

From a team dynamic point of view, it’s so far, so good. They’ve never missed a deadline, they communicate really well, and we don’t have to check up on them. There was one deadline where they were going to be late, and they let us know a couple of days in advance. Hype Digital has been great to work with. We use monday.com, where we can see everything that’s going on.

What did you find most impressive about them?

It’s their flexibility. Our strategy has changed quite a few times in the last two months, so they’ve had to tweak their work. They never once complained about anything.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could get one more person involved. They’re always on time, but it would be nice to have a second person to communicate with. Nothing comes to mind other than that.
