Online Campaign for Thailand Elite Residency
Description
International residence and citizenship advisory firm Henley & Partners and the Thailand Elite Residence Program — managed by Thailand Privilege Card Company Ltd. took over the responsibility of promoting the program in 2017.
The program, which is the first of its kind worldwide, offers unlimited access to the jewel of Southeast Asia as well as a range of special VIP privileges. It was initiated by the Royal Thai Government for the purpose of attracting wealthy global citizens, families, investors, and entrepreneurs who want to spend extended periods of time in the country and take advantage of its beneficial tax regime and its affordable yet exceptionally high standard of living.
Challenges
The Thailand Elite Residence Program provides a multiple-entry visa to qualified applicants, allowing them to visit and reside in Thailand for a period of between five and twenty years, at a one-time cost of between THB 500,000 (approximately USD 16,000) and THB 2.14 million (approximately USD 68,000), depending on the option chosen. The program includes seven different options, which vary in the benefits, costs, and validity periods associated with them. The most popular options thus far are the five-year Elite Easy Access, the five-year, multi-person Elite Family Excursion, and the twenty-year Elite Superiority Extension.
While the program was already attracting a good number of applicants, the challenge was to increase the number for the year of 2018 to ensure YOY growth.
Solutions
We planned & strategies the time, communication method, demographic research of the local market both of Facebook & LinkedIn, created multiple custom targeting for each social channel and use different Ad method (Text, Sponsored Ad, Ads with pictures & other creatives) to reach out to the target market. More than 10+ Ad set were created including multiple Ads.
The final creative were suggested by the client themselves. We focused on creating the appropriate local targeting by brand persona research while running & optimizing their ad in real-time.
Impact
After the campaign ends, Henley & Partners published that they achieved Record Growth for Thailand Elite Residence Program.

Social Media Management for ASUS Bangladesh
AsusTek Computer Inc or ASUS is a Taiwanese multinational computer and phone hardware and electronics company headquartered in Beitou District, Taipei, Taiwan. ASUS is the world’s 5th-largest PC vendor by 2017 unit sales.
We were in charge of managing digital media for ASUS on a retainer service that includes full digital marketing solution of two Asian Countries, respectively Bangladesh & Nepal.
We are in charge of Social Media Planning, Creative Content Management, Social Community Management, Adword Service Management and full media buying including PR & management of local version of their global site asus.com.
Not only regular monthly retainer, but we also executed multiple marketing campaigns for them known as – ASUS Campus Xpress, Facebook Live Campaign during the Laptop Fair, Launch Campaign of Multiple Gaming Laptops.

Pizza Factory is a Dhaka based online Pizza Delivery service, highly known for their great taste among their loyal user base.
Pizza Factory already had a stellar customer base. They wanted to expand their customer base & increase number of orders per day.
We had several session with them & then conceptualized, ideate, designed & launched a series of campaign & offer targeting their regular customer & new customers during Eid Season.
After running A/B test with the campaign offer & content, we were able to identify the most popular offer & repeated that for the next season. After a successful campaign period for 6 months, we were able to increase 40% of their total sale through social media management: Campaign + Content + Media Buying.

Web Design for Nordic Chamber of Commerce & Industries
Our client Nordic Chamber of Commerce and Industries in Bangladesh wanted to create a website & manage their digital agency account of social media for a project called 3e - Energy Efficiency Engagement.
The initial idea was to create an organizational website, which later turned into a digital database of the partner 3e has. 3e listed their 250 partner organization on their site while promoted their whitepaper, research and event news through that.
We also helped them with planning, designing, developing, hosting & maintaining the site. We are still managing it on behalf of them.

Web Design for Luiz Toledo - Plastic Surgeon in Dubai
After over 30 years of teaching and working in Brazil and around the world, the famous Brazilian Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Luiz Toledo, is now living in Dubai. Dr. Toledo has brought with him his well-known approach to plastic surgery techniques, some of them including body contouring and facial rejuvenation.
We were working with Dr. Toledo closely for his SEO optimization for the previous site. Eventually, we started to work on their brand revamp & social media management. The new re-designed site was built from scratch to create a new presence & image of Dr. Toledo to show his expertise & accomplishments in the right way.

Photo Advert & Social Media Content for Abrars Designer Jewelry
Abrars Designer Jewelry is a legendary name in Bangladeshi handcrafted and premium jewelry segment and the history goes back in the 90s.
The jewelry from Abrars includes handcrafted masterpiece design that exclusively available in Abrar’s Designer Jewelry Store. Specialized in designing Minakari Jewelry, Stone Jewelry, Antique Gold Jewelry, Kundan Jewelry & Gold plating silver jewelry with semi-precious stones.
We were assigned to revive the age-old brand that still has a very loyal customer base primarily from offline sources. While they already had a minimum social presence, our idea was to re-invent the brand & their message through a new line of social content that symbolizes the aristocratic and elegant vibe of the product.
We were planning to revive the old content (from the 90s) by refreshing them with modern adaption. We also oversee the project of the new photo-shoot with the renowned photographer from Calcutta Neelutpal Das and later on they were used to make new social content and Audio Visual for the brand.
We also ran a series campaign to increase the growth of the online audience through Facebook Advertisement. The campaign ran till 3 months, and later on, the new and refreshed image was undertaken by the internal marketing team.

Web UI Design for Kawasaki Bangladesh
We designed the initial web user interface for Kawasaki Bangladesh Website during it’s early stage of development. The website was not made from scratch. We took the inspiration from other Kawasaki brand sites around the world and followed the brand guideline for website while designing the UI for the local site.
The site development was done by the internal team and we helped and guided them to implement and initial UI and set the user experience for the coming days. Since then, the site has been changed multiple times, but the UI structure is still the operational.

Social Media Campaign & Media Buying for Kava & Chai
UAE based traditional coffee house Kava & Chai was looking for a stellar growth for their social media channels (Instagram & Facebook) & social media campaign ideation for their speciality coffeehouses.
We had multiple session with the team & their marketing manager. We analyzed their current social media standing & strategy. We then came up with a media buying plan which can give them continuous growth for their social channels as well as create new foot-falls & drive-in-store for their customers.
Since they already had a brand identity in place. We had to comply with them to come up with ideas. However, we had the liberty to come up with multiple sets of brand persona & targeting set for different growth & engagement campaigns. We thought of taking baby steps to showcase the desired result in 3 Months.

Web Development & CRM integration for Expoculinaire
ExpoCulinaire was planning to feature the Worldchefs accredited 22nd Emirates International Salon Culinaire alongside a new trade exhibition for Chefs, Bakers, Cooks and Pastry Chefs by series of events at Expo Centre Sharjah.
The organizers of Expoculinaire wanted to create a new website for their event site to showcase their event details, venue, attendees, fact sheets & snaps of previous successful events.
We worked closely with their marketing team from the beginning. We came up with a mockup of the site design & developed the site according to their sitemap structure & completed it with sprint-development method process, so they can start their promotion right away after the launch.

Social Media Campaign & Media Buying for Lakeshore Hotel & Apartments
Lakeshore Hotel & Apartment is a boutique luxury hotel located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Lakeshore needed a quick result to drive sales from the online campaign for key calendar days like Valentine Day, 26th March & Pahela Baishakh.
We had a little session with them & based on their feedback we chose the special day offer, created & tested several contents for Facebook & Instagram & drove accelerated advertisement to get the maximum impact toward the target market within a short period. Boosting sales for the occasional & special day was the primary target.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
Mawada Traders is a commodity trading farm. We trade food, fiber, and feed commodities around the world. I’m the owner and CEO of the company. It’s based in Bangladesh.
What challenge were you trying to address with HYPE DHAKA?
We didn’t have a communication plan for our target outreach market. We understood that the world is changing and becoming smaller, so we needed to ensure that the people could find us first in searches like “potatoes Bangladesh”.
I wanted the best results and was willing to spend the money on them. This is why I started looking for a communication partner.
What was the scope of their involvement?
HYPE DHAKA is helping us with SEO, email marketing, and social media marketing. They also built our website.
They consulted us and gave us a plan in the beginning, based on our goals. They identified my potential audience for the next 10 years and how we could create a communication strategy in that vein.
What is the team composition?
I’m directly in touch with their owner, and my team is working with theirs. My head of communication is working with their account manager.
That person coordinates everything related to the website, copywriting, and so on. He engages the relevant departments in his organization based on the task.
How did you come to work with HYPE DHAKA?
I found them through a reference from a friend, and HYPE DHAKA’s owner went to the same school as me. We’re located in the same city, and I wanted a relationship that allowed for in-person meetings.
How much have you invested with them?
The cost is $5,000–$8,000 per year.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with HYPE DHAKA around mid-2016, and it’s an ongoing project. They’re one of our strategic partners and still consult on our business model.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
HYPE DHAKA didn’t just build us a website. They ensured that the platform was relevant for people looking for suppliers like us.
I had five big business accounts in 2016, and I have triple that now. Each account has a yearly transaction rate of $500,000. HYPE DHAKA’s work led to us getting 4–5 key accounts.
How did HYPE DHAKA perform from a project management standpoint?
We’ve given them some big projects. They created all the communication material I use during buyer meetings, including brochures, marketing emails, and website content. They identified potential buyers in different areas.
We give them fixed deadlines, and they complete the work on time. My team is in contact touch with them, and they’re generally reliable.
What did you find most impressive about them?
HYPE DHAKA is always trying to come up with a reliable solution as a partner. I’ve worked with 2–3 other communications agencies, and they weren’t as professional.
They're a passionate team, and they invest money and time in learning and development. We appreciated them talking to us to understand our whole business scenario. Before offering their solution or product, they tried to understand our needs.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They’ve usually delivered on time, but they could’ve been faster on some occasions.
Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?
I don’t think that HYPE DHAKA is a good option for people just looking for technical support. They're great at being a true partner that can give valuable advice. If the client doesn’t have a strategy, HYPE will help them build one. However, they need to be treated as a partner and given full information and the time to do the work.
