I am a co-founder and creative director of the creative agency Fake.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The leaders of HYG are my former colleagues, whose professionalism I have no doubt.

To launch my new creative brand “Fake”, it was necessary to come up with and develop a visual style and identity that would correspond to a special positioning and name. We also needed a working website, logo and templates for client presentations. We reached out to our friends at HYG who returned within a week with inspiring visual style concepts. In just 2 weeks and with a minimum number of edits, we got a working website, logo, presentation and everything you need to officially launch the agency.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

In total, we work with 4 people including art director, illustrator, web- designer and project manager.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Thanks to the new tough style, Fake agency got off to a strong start and became a prominent player in the local market. In addition, we have received several clients thanks to the fact that they liked our website and presentation.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The whole process went smoothly and the complex project was done in just 3 weeks which was amazing.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I would like to note the maximum involvement and dedication of the entire HYG team. They inspire because they truly love design.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

You can always do better, but I wish the HYG team not to lose their soul in the process of scaling.
