We registered the business across key takeout/delivery platforms (Yelp, Uber Eats, DoorDash) to expand reach. Our team also handled professional photography, capturing the interior, exterior, menu items, beers, and cocktails to showcase the full customer experience. To further engage fans, we created an interactive events calendar highlighting Premier League, Champions League, MLS, World Cup, and Padres games, along with trivia nights, live bands, and seasonal celebrations.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
we’ve seen a significant boost in business across the board. We were consistently busier throughout the day, every day of the week. Our pub was featured twice on KUSI, which helped raise awareness and brought new customers through the door. Attendance at our soccer matches and Padres game showings grew into larger gatherings than ever before, and our trivia nights became standing-room-only events. In addition, our takeout business ran steady around the clock, seven days a week, showing just how much visibility and engagement had improved.
