I’m the CEO of InShoes, a fashion retailer.
What challenge were you trying to address with Humble Digital Agency?
We needed support with digital marketing strategy and performance marketing.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Humble Digital Agency is responsible for a range of digital marketing techniques. The team handles our performance marketing on social media, creating content for Instagram and Facebook and collaborating with influencers. They write newsletters and contribute to our email marketing, and they create all of our graphics and visuals, including banners and online ads. Further, Humble Digital Agency takes care of our PPC and SEM, and are the administrators of our Google Ads campaigns.

We interface with four people from the team. We talk daily with our account manager, as well as Humble Digital Agency’s CEO, performance marketing manager, and designer.

I’m on the management team at Galiotos EarCare, an ear care center. We own a retail chain of audiological clinics.
What challenge were you trying to address with Humble Digital Agency?
We were looking for a very experienced partner to take over social media and digital presence based on our marketing strategy. We used to manage it internally, but we reached a point where we needed external assistance.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We work with them on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. They also help us with our website and special landing page campaigns. They’re very creative in coming up with ideas full-fledged marketing campaigns. In addition to their marketing services, they've built new design features into our website.

They don’t follow a routine approach for every customer, instead, they're delivering ideas that will make a difference. I saw some of their past work on social media and was sold on hiring them.

We follow every lead that comes to us, so we've kept track of their results. We’ve seen a very significant increase in leads coming from social media. At this point, we've achieved greater brand awareness in our space.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the business developer of Pennie. We’re a family company dealing with home textiles like bedding, bath, and table linens. We have a chain of retail stores, as well as wholesale B2B clients like hotels. We’ve been operating for 40 years, and serve international markets as well.
What challenge were you trying to address with Humble Digital Agency?
Several years ago, we began operating an online store in Greece. We needed a partner who could support us with market research, in order for us to grow our business online. We were also looking for rebranding and digital marketing services.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Humble addressed every aspect of our business.
The first days of our commitment with Humble involved identifying target groups to understand what our clientele and market approach should be — what customers were willing to buy online, how we could get to them, and when we should target them. It was a long, detailed market research project.
After that, the team was really active in rebranding and took over the whole scheme of our company’s marketing efforts
The team didn’t redesign our logo, but they did provide direction on how to capture our products and collections most effectively through photos. Humble walked us through our catalogs and collections and directed most of the creative process.
What is the team composition?
Nikos (Founder) was our main contact, and we also worked closely with the IT team, specifically the frontend developer.
How did you come to work with Humble Digital Agency?
We didn’t have a clear view of the market at that time, so we were trying to find a partner who could offer a lot of expertise. We’d also had some negative experiences with past vendors.
Nikos visited our offices and was able to provide really valuable insight on the spot. Based on that experience, we decided to partner with Humble.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent about €250,000 (approximately $275,000 USD) over the course of our engagement.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with Humble around the end of 2010, and the partnership is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Our data has been overwhelmingly positive throughout the engagement. We’ve seen growth in Facebook followers and likes, sales numbers, and ROI. We monitor the team throughout the year, and we see consistent success.
How did Humble Digital Agency perform from a project management standpoint?
Even as Humble has grown, they’ve remained customer-oriented. They provide us with immediate support whenever we need it. Each team delivers their work on time, from creative to IT to development, and the quality is always good.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Humble’s team is really creative, and they know what they’re talking about. True to their name, they’re humble, down to earth, and reliable. They present us with the truth and only the truth.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They could get in-house development resources, but the Greek market is really small. There’s nothing significant that I can mention at the moment.
Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?
Clients should get in close touch, listen to the team, and be active in trial and testing periods. It’s also important to talk to Humble's managers, IT staff, and creatives. They’re experts in their business.
