I am the marketing director for JAFTIM, a used car seller based in the UAE. JAFTIM was established in 2018 and deals in used cars from Japan, Australia, America, Germany. We export cars all over the UAE as well as several African countries.

Back in 2018, we knew that we needed a custom website to attract more customers and get qualified leads. The website should help customers across the globe search for, select, and compare cars, their prices, and specs.

The website should be easy to use and reflect our brand image. We also wanted digital marketing services across different platforms to help our customers find us.

What were your goals for this project?

Our main goal was to be more discoverable for our potential customers. We wanted to have a website that our customers could find and use easily, with a great digital marketing campaign and regular blogs on the website.

We wanted to optimize our website with careful use of SEO and content marketing so we increase our number of organic users to the website while retaining our original number of website visitors. We also wanted to create a presence on social media platforms because we didn’t have one as yet.

I discovered Hul Hub through a friend of a friend, and he said they were very good at what they do. Since we needed to start urgently on our task, I contacted them through their website and they scheduled a meeting with their project heads.

We could see that they were very experienced and they assured us that they would meet deadlines as well. We have been taking their services since 2018, and have no regrets.

Our relationship with Hul Hub began in 2018 and has grown over the past 3 years we have been working with them. We first hired them to build our website and take over our business analytics and develop long-term digital strategies for us.

We also wanted to optimize our website and make it SEO-friendly. Our aim is not to be too dependent on paid ads and get more organic traffic in the long term. We began developing our website in 2018 with Hul Hub’s help and started our digital media strategy at the same time.

We leaned on them entirely for the work and thankfully, they did not disappoint.

The team consisted of a project manager and the digital marketing and web design teams. The design team had 5 people while the digital marketing team had 8 people, and every team had a team lead.

We were able to see an increase in visits, and conversion %s. in the last 3 years of us working with Hul Hub we have seen our website get a steady increase in traffic and we have also seen our advertising spend be spread more efficiently. As a result, we were able to decrease our marketing budget by over 25% as compared to what we were spending before.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow is very efficiently managed and we use video calls to communicate. Their team responds timely and any changes we wanted were made in due time.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Hul Hub was very active in making adjustments to our digital strategy where needed. It wasn’t just a "set it and forget it" approach, and they used analytical thinking and common sense to make changes without us having to ask them to. They have a lot of potentials and have a highly skilled team, and were very pleasant to work with as well.

Nope. None that I can think of. We are very satisfied with our experience with Hul Hub and we will continue to work for them in the years to come.

We are a car trading company specializing in pre-owned vehicles. We buy cars from any country to export to any country and have a staff of around 50 employees. I am the CEO of the company and was the one who contacted Hul Hub.

We hired Hul Hub to help design our new website which displayed our company’s image positively. We wanted to use the website to give information about our available inventory as well as help us effectively reach out to our clients.

We wanted to project the image and the size of the company so our customers know our capability, our capacity, and the range of cars we offer. In terms of our goals, we wanted to create an interactive website and integrate it with the backend websites that we use as our catalog.

Our extensive catalog consisted of over 3000 images of the cars we are selling. When our customers log in to our website, they should be able to easily access that catalog and get information and specs of the car they want.

How did you select Hul Hub and what were the deciding factors?

We found Hul Hub through online review sites and we saw their design portfolio and programming expertise. Their team was motivated to get the project done in the best way possible and delivered great results in just 8 months including the whole design, programming, and testing phase.

We decided to program the new website based on our knowledge and their expertise in React technology. We focused on the major processes and tackled them sprint by sprint while making sure it all fit together well.

I was given a number of prototypes and adjusted them based on the feedback from customers before we finalized our website. It is an interactive website with dynamic content that moves as you hover on it.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with two teams from Hul Hub, the design team and the marketing team, and were mainly in contact with the marketing head. Every week we would have check-ins for the progress so we were well updated with how much work has been done. The project manager for the team was also in regular contact with our team.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Hul Hub stated the key performance indicators before we started on the project and they were all based on the strategy and goals we wanted to fulfill. We were able to achieve those goals, and currently have a good flow of traffic on the website with constant growth. The project was also completed on time and their team was great to work with.

The workflow was managed effectively and both the team leads and a project manager from Hul Hub were always in communication with us. I was able to reach out to the project manager and find out the status of the work. The project was completed well before the stated time and we definitely got our money’s worth!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

It was our first time working with Hul Hub and I think we found the right company for all our needs. They had a great perspective on design and were cooperative. Most importantly, the communication flowed easily and we did not face any nags on the road.

The process flowed step-by-step and we got our work done within the promised time frame. We are able to see visible results on all our stated goals, so we are definitely satisfied.

No, we got just what we wanted and would surely work with them again.

Our client decided to implement an ERP system to optimize their flow of business. We started the project in 2018 and aimed to increase the efficiency together with Hul Hub for our client, delivering an ERP system with flexibility and a great UI ensuring flow of all operations. The end goal was definitely achieving customer satisfaction together.

Our partnership with Hul Hub for ERP solution ended with a satisfied client with better business processes. Together, we were able to provide custom software solution to our client according to their needs. The client is looking forward to work on more projects with us after the ERP software.

The Hul Hub team worked closely with our company’s IT team to make sure the project was done according to our clients’ needs perfectly. During the 6-7 months we worked on this project, we had many discussions which resulted in constant improvement of the software. We had open communication and both the parties were open to suggestions and changes proposed by each other.

Our relationship with Hul Hub began 4 years ago when we hired them just to handle our social media and paid media accounts. We wanted an agency that would do its research on Google Analytics and AdWords data while also knowing about our business analytics and operational metrics to create strategies that would work.

After that, we also wanted to improve our share of earned media and we improved our SEO to reach a point where we optimized our website enough to not lose visitors even when we decreased our paid media budget.

Hul Hub also created a content marketing strategy for us that helped us get more earned visitors to our website.

We were in regular contact with the account manager and we would have weekly meetings with the SEO team who was working on our earned media and paid media. The team lead was always there to oversee the operations and the CEO would also check in with us to receive regular updates.

Our website started showing an increase in the number of visits and the conversion rate got much better when we started applying the SEO strategy. In the last 4 years, we have seen a steady increase in the flow of website traffic and our advertising expense has been able to be allocated more efficiently.

We were able to reduce our marketing spend by 30%, allowing us to use it in other operations.

The workflow is extremely effective. The communication flowed easily and we had constant communication with the relevant team members. We had video call meetings once a week and took complete updates on the progress.

We were also able to meet our project deadlines on time thanks to them understanding what we wanted and delivering on it.
