I’m the CEO of Green Ductors.

What challenge were you trying to address with HRimplant?

We needed help to separate our sales and technical departments. We were also looking for office staff to manage incoming calls.

What was the scope of their involvement?

In addition to helping us separate our departments, HRimplant did some scheduling via phone for customers. Afterward, they created scripts for potential employees and helped set up IT, phone systems, and Slack channels. The team also assisted us with hiring the right people to work remotely.

What is the team composition?

Maksim (Founder) is my main point of contact. 

How did you come to work with HRimplant?

After multiple failed attempts to hire remote staff myself, I met Maksim. He assured me of HRimplant’s ability to handle the project, so I decided to work with them.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent $10,000–$15,000 so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together in January 2018, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Within a couple of months of hiring HRimplant, we doubled our revenue. Additionally, our employee headcount has tripled in size since we began working with them.

How did HRimplant perform from a project management standpoint?

The team is very responsive and they use high-level IT tools such as Copycat. The tasks delegated to potential employees were created in those tools for easy editing as needed. We communicate mostly via Slack with occasional emails or phone calls. HRimplant communicates very well with potential employees, as well.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They do well with documentation and process preparation for potential employees. The team is also very flexible, handling changes quickly.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I have no suggestions.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be ready to learn and implement the process of hiring remotely so that you’re able to control the situation. It’s different from having on-site employees.
