Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO of KMT. We’re an official representative of an Austrian brand of crane manufacturer. We have roughly 60 employees.
What challenge were you trying to address with HR Factory?
We needed help recruiting.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They helped us design the process for recruiting. When we need a new hire, we provide them with a list of requirements. They handle everything from job board prep and posting to advertising, interviewing candidates, and more. They usually present 3-5 candidates to us, and we participate in the second or third round of interviews.
What is the team composition?
We have interacted with 8-10 people over the course of working together.
How did you come to work with HR Factory?
There were 3-4 agencies I considered for the job. The pricing was close, but I found easy communication and a good cultural fit with HR Factory. I like their approach, focus on customer service, and support.
How much have you invested with them?
€20,000–€25,000 (approximately $24,000–$30,000 USD).
What is the status of this engagement?
We began working together around February 2019, and our work is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They have done a great job finding talented people with good personalities for us to hire. All of the candidates they’ve chosen have the right cultural and technical fit for our organization. We have grown from roughly 40 employees to 60. They have a great culture that fits well with our own.
How did HR Factory perform from a project management standpoint?
They do well. I don’t have to worry about any of their work. They provide progress reports bi-weekly. Sometimes they push us to do interviews sooner, to help us not lose a potential hire. Communication is also very good.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They do excellent recruitment for technical and sales positions. The entire culture of their company is great. They have a good process.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, nothing comes to my mind.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Go for it. Follow their leads and recommendations regarding structure, timelines, and the general process. They know what they’re doing.
