P13 – 13th Month Payment for Peeps
P13TH is a form of monetary benefit equivalent to the monthly basic compensation received by an employee or more paid to either of the parent ( mother or father) or guardian as provided by the employee. This is directly paid from the payroll once every year, the basically the same day as the payment of 13th month to the staff
HOW IT WORKS
The sum of =N=990 is deducted from every staff monthly and invested in bills ( to increase interest). This fund is collated for a period of 12 months. The interest and initial deposit is then paid to the Parent accounts provided by the employee same day 13th months is paid to staff (December 13th)
