The scope of work included the complete visual design of our fitness application. Hotburo was responsible for developing the user interface and user experience, creating a consistent design system, and preparing all necessary assets for development.

The measurable outcomes included consistently positive reviews in app stores specifically highlighting the visual design and user experience. Additionally, we saw low bounce rates throughout the key funnels — particularly during onboarding and registration — indicating that users found the interface intuitive and engaging from the very beginning.

The project took about six months to complete — not due to missed deadlines, but because we carefully and collaboratively refined each stage. The pricing wasn’t low for us, but it was fully justified — the team went beyond standard design templates and delivered a truly custom product. So while the cost might seem high at first, it’s hard to consider it a drawback given the quality and originality of the outcome.

The project involved designing a website that effectively showcased our mission. The primary challenge was organizing a large volume of content related to various  projects in a way that was both accessible and engaging. The scope included creating a clean, professional layout that balanced visual appeal and functionality. 
We collaborated with the existing branding by Brendari and worked closely with Simplify to ensure seamless integration of all features. The outcomes included an intuitive navigation system, a content management system (CMS) for easy updates, and a fully responsive design optimized for desktop and mobile users.

Collaborating with hotburo gave our website a fresh, modern look that genuinely reflects our mission. The transformation made it easier for users to explore our initiatives, driving greater engagement with our projects.
Enhanced user navigation led to more interactions with grant-related content. The new design made it easier to digest our extensive content library, and our brand image has become more consistent and professional.

We have received positive feedback from users regarding the app's design. The feedback indicates that users are highly satisfied with the overall aesthetic and user interface, finding it visually appealing and easy to navigate. This is a testament to the success of our collaboration with Hot Buro's design team, and we are confident that this positive feedback will continue as we move forward with the development of the app.
