Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the co-founder and the CEO of OnHires. It's a global IT recruitment agency.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Elementor Lab, and what were your goals?

We needed a new website, so we hired Elemontr Lab for creating design and developing site.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

On recommendation. Elementor Lab did very good work for our partner and he gave this agency a good reference. Also, we liked their portfolio.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We had some requirements. We needed the site, focused on our recruitment and HR services. It was our first serious website, so we discussed the style, the main goals and a list of the site pages. They analysed competitor sites and we approved the design concept. The work included sprints and strong deadlines, but wasn't urgent. We were delighted of the result and happy to work with Elementor Lab team.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

The main person we communicated with was a project manager. Also we dealt with a team of lead developer, designer and 2 developers.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching the website we got an organic traffic and started to show it to our current and potential clients. The usability and the SEO optimization of the website were excellent. All our demands were completed in detail. We received a great result, in the end, we were expecting.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We regularly got all the new data on the project, had the opportunity to monitor the design and development processes at all stages. The communication was on the highest level: quick, clear, honest and friendly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The quality of their work. The design was completely as we wanted and the site development was fast.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

It was some time ago, but I didn't remember any problems or disadvantages of Elementor Lab's work. They were extremely reliable and we built trustful relationships. I can recommend they to other companies.
