The project management was very disapointing. We were originally told the project would take approximately six weeks. It ultimately took 14 months. From at least November last year we were repeatedly told that it would be ready in a few weeks yet significant problems remained unresolved

What challenge were you trying to address with Horizon Digital?

I was trying to reach more of an audience on social media.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Horizon Digital did a social media campaign for Instagram and Twitter. The campaign's objective was to increase sales through a strategy that included making posts that go with the target audience. They also did Google Ads, graphic designs, and posting and promoting.

What is the team composition?

A team of three people was working with us, including a social media marketing specialist, a digital marketing person, and a content creator.

A friend referred them to me as a good digital marketing agency.

We spent $1,500 with them on this project.

We worked together from May–November 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since working with them, I've increased my followers, conversions, and impressions. Also, more than 50–60 clients contacted me through Instagram, and I had 200,000 impressions on Twitter for a month.

How did Horizon Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

They were always on time with our deadlines. Regarding tools, we communicated via phone calls, email, Google Meet, and midweek meetings to see the progress of the campaigns.
