In the strategy, we’re mostly using search, display & video campaign types. The first step is educating the market about financially and environmentally sustainable farming and eAgronom’sparti in it. Then we turn to search, as farmers are already looking for modern solutions that are different than time-consuming spreadsheets of unreliable paper notes.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Karolina and the rest of the Holini team have helped us to reach out to a very niche segment of customers of ours and has helped to build strong online presence in otherwise very traditional industry. We have managed to match up and surpass our competition with much smaller spendings.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We have bi-weekly meetings during which we discuss results and what was done from their side. Occasionally, Holini also has meetings with our local content managers to discuss ideas for new awareness campaigns. Also, quarterly strategies are created by Holini and we review and approve them.

Our original conversions increased by 20% in the first 3 months. Later on we decided of increasing the overall budget and the scaling was successfull, by keeping the same marketing efficiency we managed to increase our PPC budget by 50%. Taking into consideration that Finance sector is highly competitive and strictly regulated from all aspects.

At first we set some KPI's that were needed to bet met and then went forward to achieve them. A meeting was organized once a week discussing results, strategy, plans and future ideas on how to generate more and higher quality conversions.
