The main goal for this project is to find the most profitable advertising strategies and maximize sales with these strategies based on the predetermined cost per new customer. This means that they needed to increase sales within our existing budget, increase the number of repeat purchases, and lower the customer acquisition cost.

The main challenge has been to target potential B2B customers with an exceptionally long decision making (research and consideration) and complex purchasing process. The people involved in different steps of the decision making vary. The key is to be visible and stay top of mind for all parties involved while supporting the marketing efforts of other channels.

Holini runs a variety of tests to determine the best solutions regarding ad copy, landing pages, targeting, bidding and campaign formats (search, display, video).

What was the team composition?

We were assigned a designated Google Ads specialist - she is our main point of contact in the project, but we also work with other team members, a Google Analytics developer & their PPC team lead. We are in good contact with the whole team and can rely on them all.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Conversions have exceeded our goals - we’ve seen a 4x growth of conversions (leads) for almost the same budget. Micro-conversions have also improved significantly - for example, the number of sessions has increased 5x.

The workflow between us and the team has been super-trouper effective with regular communication. We have monthly performance & development meetings and set actual performance goals for the periods ahead.
