What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We can have all of the analytics reports and viral posts, but that doesn’t mean anything in terms of earning money. With Google Ads, I can buy a click, but that doesn’t mean it’ll translate into an actual sale. A lot of my work is experimental and focuses on helping businesses that don’t understand digital marketing.

Hoho Media and infotainment Agency Pvt Ltd generally delivers on time, but there have been a few exceptions. This can be on the client not knowing who they want. Their team always met my expectations. I’m not the client though. If the client isn’t pleased with something, we have to work to find a quick solution.

I’m more than happy with the output I’m receiving from Hoho Media and infotainment Agency Pvt Ltd. Along with going above and beyond for my clients and me, their team communicates exceptionally well.

While their team does a good job, it’s difficult because they’re not based in the UK. Their team insists on deadlines, striving to deliver early. If there’s ever a delay, they’ll communicate it as soon as possible.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I am continually impressed with the value that they bring. Their team is knowledgeable and skilled at what they do. For example, they won’t work on a website just because; they’ll make sure everything that’s needed is done, and they always find a way to give me more than what I asked for.

We have basic WordPress or GoDaddy template websites or bespoke sites based on those templates. Hoho Media and infotainment Agency Pvt Ltd builds custom features to make dynamic websites, and they can build bespoke sites from scratch.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They’re specialists in digital marketing, but sometimes I need more design help. I need people that can be idea creators, which isn’t their fault. Their team does what I ask of them.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Clients should be clear about what they want before they undertake the work. Once it starts, it’s very costly to redo. I’ve worked with a few clients that ended up not being satisfied because they weren’t clear about what they wanted.
